ዶሮ መስጠት አንዳንዴ Malnutrition እንደመስጠት ነውና! As a vet student one of the thing Im Concerned about is the fine details we learn when we are in a production class, the housing system, the angle of the sun, the distance of living house office and latrine from a farm, equipment we must have , their structure and correct installation, the safety protocol details etc...if you take poultry class we even learned what the color of drinking equipment should be! At the early time I were saying :" why so serous about equipments? TThis is just westing time instead of learning the bulk medicine part! Now! I found the reason and I really loved the way we give impasses for everything in a production. The principle even helped in my day to day life. if I want to now the reason why something is not happening as my expectation I focus on the details, I will focus on why and why not. Details have a magic! If you know the reason why your Chickens stressed you can have the clue of solving it, I don't expend a lot of money on it, you will not use a lot of drugs and expose the pathogens for drugs to lead them have a resistance on it, you will just the light intensity of your lamp and everything gonna be ok in a few days. ከላይ የተጠቀምኩትን ርዕስ የወሰድኩት የ 35ተኛው የኢትዮጵያ ጤና አጠባበቅ ማህበር አመታዊ ጉባኤ ላይ ከቀረቡ ጥናታዊ ጽሑፎች መካከል ዶ/ር አንተነህ ኡመር " Effect of a child-owned poultry intervention providing Eggs on nutrition status and motor skill of young children in southern Ethiopia : A cluster randomized and controlled Community Trial." በሚል ርዕስ ሲያቀርብ ከተናገረው በመቀንጨብ ነው። ዶ/ር አንተነህ እንደ እኔ በአያት እጅ ያደገ ነው። በልጅነቱ ዶሮዎች ነበሩት። የሚወልዱት እንቁላል የሱ ነው፤ የመንከባከብ ሐላፊነቱም እንዲሁ። አንተነህ በልጅነት እድሜው ሀላፊነት እና ሀላፊነቱ የሚሰጠው በረከት ነበረው። ዶሮ ሲሞት ዶሮ እየተተካ የራሱን ሰውነት እና ብሩህ አእምሮ የሚገነባበት ፕሮቲንን ራሱ ከተንከባከባቸው ዶሮዎች እያገኘ አድጓል። አድጎ ለቁምነገር ሲበቃ እና የመፍትሔ ሰው መሆኛው ሲደርስ የአያቱ ስልት ገባው። በጥናት ሊፈትሸው ወደደ። ለእኛ ሲነግረን "የዚህ ጥናት ባለቤት እኔ ሳልሆን አያቴ ነች" ብሎናል። ያደገበትን ብልሃት በጥናት ሊያረጋግጥ ወደ ሀላባ እና አከባቢዋ ወረደ። (ጥናቱን ከስር Comment ላይ አስቀምጫለሁ አንብቡት!) ለታዳጊ ህፃናቱ ቤተሰቦቻቸውን በሐይማኖት አባቶች የልጆቻቸውን ዶሮ እንዳይነኩ እያስማለ ሀገር በቀል ዶሮዎችን ሰጣቸው። ትንሹ አንተነህን አደረጋቸው። የኔን ትኩረት የሳበው ይህ አይደለም! እነ አንተነህ ለታዳጊ ህፃናቱ እየተንከባከባችሁ አሳድጉና እንቁላላቸውን ተመገቡ ብለው ዶሮ ሲሰጣቸው አብረው የዶሮ ቤትም አድለዋል። ለምን? "አንዳንዴ ዶሮ መስጠት Malnutrition እንደመስጠት ይሆናልና!" ህፃናቱና ዶሮዎቹ ጥምብቅ ግንኙነት መኖራቸው አይቀሬ ነው። ዶሮዎቹን ቤት ሊያሳድሯቸው ይችላሉ... ይህኔ ኩሳቸው በትክክል ካልተወገደ እንደ Campylobacter ላሉ በሽታ አምጪ ተዋስያን ጥሩ በራብያ አገኙ ማለት ነው። Cambylobacter ከ5-14% ለሚሆነው የህፃናት ተቅማት መንስኤ ነው።ከሳምንት በላይ እድሜ ያላቸው ዶሮዎች ደግሞ ምንም ምልክት በላያቸው ላይ ሳያሳዩ በሽታውን ያዛምታሉ። ተቅማት በበረታ ቁጥር ህፃናቱ ከዶሮዎቹ ከእንቁላል ይልቅ በሽታ ሸመቱ ማለት ነው። ጥሩ ነፍስ የሚያገኝ፣ ቅንብብ ተደርጎ የተሰራ የዶሮዎች ቤት ግን ለባክቴርያው ምቹ ቦታን ይነፍገዋል። ስለዚህ ከላይ ያነሳነው ስጋት አይኖርም! ይህ ነው የስራን እያንዳንዱን details የማወቅ ጥቅም! ጥናቱን እየተከታተልኩ ትኩረቴ ከተማርኩት ነገር ጋር አብሮ ብን ብሎ ነበር። ዋናው ጥያቄ በተለይ የእንስሳት እርባታ ላይ የተሰማራችሁ ሰዎች ችግሮችን ቀድሞ ለመከላከልም ሆነ ከተከሰቱ በኋለሠ ለማስወገድ ስለ እንስሳቶቻችሁ ፣ ስለ ቤታቸው ፣ ስለ አያያዛቸው እና ስለ እያንዳንዱ Farm ውስጥ ያለ ነገር ምን ያክል ታጤናላችሁ ነው? ላስተዋለ ልብ ላለ ላወቀው፣ መፍትሄ ከእጅ ነው! ቸር ያቆየን!
