Но в других местах администрация действует популистски, а люди, как мы видим, выбирают некрасивые и неудобные общественные и жилые пространства в угоду личной выгоде.
Тем приятнее, что эти же самые люди, за небольшими исключениями, сейчас берут в руки щётки и лопаты, во всех смыслах разгребая последствия своего выбора.
