Ухожу потихоньку с платных западных сервисов. Написал в три компании, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean и GitHub, везде я отключил или перевел в бесплатные свои аккаунты, но везде оставался долг.
Сообщение было примерно такое (на английском): «Привет, я из России. Не могу оплатить из-за ограничений платежных систем. Я уже отключил все платные функции, однако, я должен вам столько-то за последний месяц и хочу заплатить. Какие мои действия?»
Мои ожидания: они либо напишут «Ок, вот инструкция, как заплатить», либо напишут «Ок, можешь не платить».
GitHub:

DigitalOcean:
«Вот тебе 60 дней на самостоятельные поиски способа оплаты, обязательно найди способ сам и оплати»
Google:
«Мы понимаем, что ты не можешь заплатить. Но ты нам должен. Но не можешь. Ничего с этим не можем сделать тоже. Спасибо за обращение»
Ну то есть в Гугле даже не уточнили, даётся ли отсрочка, заблочат ли мой аккаунт навсегда итд, они по сути просто повторили факты из моего вопроса: в России заплатить нельзя. Хотя из этих трёх компаний только они выставляли счёт в рублях.
Ну ладно, не хотят, фиг с ними.
