Немного об актуальных вопросах российского трудового права. Коллизия «индивидуальное— коллективное» в трудовых спорах: законодательная и судебная неопределенность. Моя статья на сайте Центра социально трудовых прав. Вопросы квалификации трудовых споров занимают важно место в российском трудовом законодательстве. Настоящая статья посвящена коллизии, возникающей в связи с законодательным регулированием двух очень разных правовых режимов, индивидуального трудового спора и коллективного трудового спора, и рассматривает позиции по этой проблеме ряда ведущих российских юристов — специалистов в области трудового права. Юридическая природа этой коллизии вытекает из самой конструкции трудового законодательства: с одной стороны, ст. 381 Трудового кодекса РФ (далее — ТК РФ или ТК) дает работнику «индивидуальный» инструментарий для защиты нарушенного права, в том числе относительно «применения» коллективного договора, с другой — ст. 398 ТКРФ относит к коллективным спорам, в том числе, разногласия по «выполнению» коллективного договора. #Labour_Law#Highlights

🇳🇬💸📌2025 Budget: N13trn deficit to be financed through borrowing – Finance minister 📌 World Bank Approves $1.57 Billion Loan for Nigeria to support its health and education sectors and help provide sustainable power. The World Bank is the largest lender to Nigeria, with more than $15 billion in loans at the end of March, data from the Debt Management Office showed. 📌 Total Nigeria debt increased by N24.33 trillion in Q1 2024 according to the Debt Management Office (DMO) a result of a combination of fresh borrowing and naira devaluation. We have some questions 1. Who is going to pay for all these loans? (Rhetorical question) 2. Were the reasons for the previous loans achieved? For example, did the health and education sectors see improvements or did we see sustainable power or improved security? 3. Can we still call Nigeria a truly sovereign nation if we are so indebted to the "very generous" World bank? 4. How can we forge foreign relations in our interests with other nations including those that the World Bank do not like?
