Наконец выдалось время, и реализовал несколько сценариев умного дома в квартире. Один из них банальный — управление светом в прихожей. Прихожая далеко от окон — если не считать санузлы, то только она нуждается в искусственном освещении в любое время года и суток. Оказалось прямо очень удобно, и входя домой (свет по открытию двери) не искать выключатель, и подходя к двери, чтобы открыть курьеру или ответить на домофон (свет по движению). Обратный сценарий тоже важен: при отсутствии движения в течение пары минут свет в прихожей гаснет. Реализуется очень частый в моей жизни кейс, когда ты заходишь домой с какими-нибудь сумками, которые несёшь сразу на кухню, и приходится возвращаться обратно, чтобы нажать на выключатель.
Все сделано на базе Aqara. Кажется, только у них есть и многообразие устройств, и отсутствие необходимости делать в квартире ремонт. Отдельно хороши Zigbee-выключатели без нейтрали, питающиеся от тока утечки. Взять нейтраль в уже установленных коробках было бы просто неоткуда. Естественно, поддерживается голосовое управление в том числе.
И ещё добавил уюта: при низком освещении (вечером и ночью) в момент входа на кухню включается мягкая лампа на подоконнике. Тоже постоянный в нашей практике случай: пошел ночью воды попить, верхний свет включать слишком жёстко, а вручную пока до этой лампы дойдёшь через всю кухню, пока выключатель нащупаешь...
Очень приятное чувство — дом будто бы живой и реагирует на присутствие человека.
