У меня в друзьях есть классный автор — Владимир Бычко. Владимир — проект-менеджер, ведёт реально интересный standalone-блог об управлении проектами и не только. Например, последний пост с правилами жизни — не какая-то унылая несовместимая с реальностью псевдофилософия "а ля Дуров", а действительно полезные и правильные наблюдения.
Владимир один из самых интересных авторов среди моих ВК-подписок, однако, читаю я его посты крайне редко, и здесь проявляются серьёзные недостатки standalone, о чём я сейчас расскажу.
Вообще, сервис-ориентированный интернет если не умирает, то, как минимум, теряет своих сторонников. Многие айтишники, интеллектуалы, авторы текстов уже высказываются о необходимости слезать с иглы корпораций, эти самые корпорации дешевеют, люди в сети активно выстраивают модели децентрализованного "веб три ноль". Дополнением к этому идёт акцент на медиа против текстов: сервисы уже не особо скрывают, что текстовая часть для них второстепенна, а внимание брошено туда, где хайп и толпы — например, в вертикальные видео и короткоживущий контент. В России этот эффект особенно заметен, именно поэтому вместо какой-нибудь устойчивой текстовой площадки большинство взрослых вменяемых авторов пишут в Telegram. Который для этого подходит чуть лучше, чем плоскогубцы для отвинчивания гаек — можно, конечно, и все мы так делали за неимением альтернатив.
На этой волне неоднократно слышал призывы "уходи в standalone". Сделай свой сайт с RSS-фидом, любым оформлением, пиши туда. Как автор блога, я и правда мог бы такое сделать и даже видеть немало плюсов. Но, как читатель, я до сих пор не подписан ни на один standalone-блог, даже если мне очень нравится контент. Проанализировал основные четыре проблемы стэндэлонов.
1. Люди всё равно приходят из соцсетей, но ссылки в соцсетях оформлены некрасиво, понижаются в охватах и требуют дополнительное действие со стороны человека. Последнее особенно важно: конверсия в прочтение критически низкая даже для встроенных редакторов лонгридов и даже при условии, что пользователю сообщение со ссылкой покажется (например Telegram > Telegraph).
2. RSS это не замена ленте сообщений. Нет удобного централизованного способа читать RSS в формате той площадки, которая тебе близка. Сам Владимир, например, ссылается на RSS-бота для Телеграма, который требует для своей работы быть подписанным на какой-то канал. Ну ладно, есть нормальные RSS-боты везде, но это всё опять же выглядит как лента с внешними ссылками, а не как лента сообщений в формате площадки.
3. У каждого стэндэлона свой дизайн. Если я впервые на странице нового для себя автора ВК или в Telegram, я тут всё знаю. Мне привычно и удобно. Я знаком с навигацией, я привык к шрифтам, я знаю, где лайки и комментарии. К каждому новому стэндэлону нужно привыкать и тратить когнитивные ресурсы на обучение.
4. Обсуждений нет, если нет комьюнити. Да, какой-нибудь Вастрик смог создать вокруг своего стэндэлон-блога комьюнити, за которое люди даже платят. Но это единичные примеры. Обсуждения в ЖЖ работали, потому что был социальный граф: люди знали топовых авторов и более менее знали друг друга. Обсуждения в соцсетях работают по той же причине, пока в них есть аудитория: часть людей связана социальным графом, другая часть может в этот граф заходить со стороны и чувствовать себя комфортно, кроме случаев токсичной атмосферы. Но если мы проанализируем, как ведут себя обсуждения там, где социального графа нет (например, на YouTube), то увидим просто всплески очень ограниченных локальных диалогов под каким-то особо популярным комментарием и всё. Комьюнити там нет за редкими исключениями.
Интернету пока ещё точно рано standalone. Только авторы, уже собравшие огромную аудиторию через соцсети, могут себе такое позволить. И то, с оговорками.

Positive Thinking And Visualization
We constantly hear about thinking positive, cultivating a positive mindset, being positive, and so on. Let’s understand its meaning. Positive thinking means right thinking at every moment. We expect the best, visualize the best to happen, but we also accept the outcome, whatever it may be. We accept that the outcome is accurate at this moment, according to our karmic accounts. Repeat this affirmation daily. You positive thinking will shift from expectations to acceptance. You will also not record negative impressions about the scenes. Your mind learns a new, positive language and creates only right thoughts.

5 New Year Resolutions For The Year 2026
1. Let me experience the beauty of myself, every person around me and nature. Let me affirm to myself everyday in this year - I am a very special soul, filled with many specialties and qualities, everyone I meet is also beautiful and special and I am thankful to nature which has blessed me with its purity and beauty.
2. Let me remember only the good scenes of the past year and love them and enjoy them at every moment in the coming year. Let me experience always - I am very stable and powerful and life is beautiful at every step. Negative scenes are teachers for me and make me powerful, I accept them with ease and gratitude.
3. Let every interaction with everyone in this year be filled with positivity, harmony and purpose. Gift everyone with peace, love, joy, strength and enthusiasm. Let your face and actions reveal goodness and perfection to everyone and bring them closer to you spiritually and make all your relationships beautiful.

Love Yourself
If we pause and notice our behaviors, we find that it is easier to love other people, than to love our own self. This lack of self-love is visible in so many forms, for example - we don’t respect our body and mind, we insult ourselves for faults and failures, we don’t forgive our mistakes, and we under-estimate our abilities. How much we love ourselves decides how well we live our lives.
1. Do you judge yourself very harshly when you lacked something? Do you truly open up your mind and heart to love yourself when you’re doing great? Or do you rather wait for receiving the energy of love from others who you value? Self-love is an art we need to master.
2. Love is who we are, it’s our innate quality, our personality and our very nature. It’s an energy we can create and give it to ourselves and others. But we block love when we harbour unloveful feelings like anger, guilt, fear or pain. So we seek love from other people. But even if everyone loves us except ourselves, we cannot experience it.
3. Remembering that we are love finishes our dependency on people to love us. We need to cultivate self-love by accepting, appreciating, motivating and being kind to ourselves, unconditionally. We are already beautiful and are ready to work on the self from this moment.
4. Never say you need love. Change your vocabulary in your inner conversation and watch self-love flow automatically. Remind yourself - I love myself without conditions and without limits. Every word I say to myself is empowering.

Master The Art Of Self Control
We all wish to be in control of our lives in order to live well. It is our power to take charge of our mind, intellect and nature. And thereby automatically control our physical sense organs too. We do not get entangled in the musts and should defined by the society, as we take care of our own moral ways. Once we handle the self well, we will handle other people the right way. Of all the things we wish to have more of, self-control must be right on top. It refers to our ability to control our ways of thinking, being and behaving. While exercising self-control seems feasible, there are moments we get tempted to act differently, and we give in.
Follow these steps to exercise self-control and experience well-being:
1. Self-control is a strength you can cultivate by exercising it in simple scenes of life.
2. During meditation, watch your thoughts. It helps to control your mind and create a beautiful relationship with it.
3. Choose a powerful and right response in every situation, instead of automatic, habitual reactions. Awareness of having options and making choices increases self-control.
4. Stick to your values and principles. Use them fearlessly with everyone and in every situation. For example, admit to your mistake and apologize even if it will have a serious consequence. Likewise, obey traffic rules even if you are the only one on the road.
5. Choose purity in everything you read, watch, listen and talk. Follow principles of right eating and drinking, without giving in to temptations. Do what is right and healthy for you, without seeking public approval.
Repeat this affirmation 3 times to put yourself back in control of your life. Watch how your mind obeys instructions and your body supports your goals. Master the art of self-control:

Making Concentration Your Nature
We all know how valuable, concentration is. Whether it is studies, a project at office or household work, we want to quiet the mind and concentrate on what we do. But often, we give in to emotional or sensory distractions. Our mind starts wandering and thoughts become scattered. Cultivating the ability to focus our thoughts in whatever direction we want, is crucial for success.
1. You know the endless rewards of concentration. But have you been at a meeting and your attention strays from the discussion to your family, to bills to be paid, or to your weekend plans? Have you experienced total concentration at times and a total lapse of concentration at other times?
2. Concentration needs our mind to create an energy of stillness and power. Nurturing the mind with 15 minutes of pure, positive information in the morning and thinking right during the day improves concentration. Distractions, overthinking or turbulent thoughts create disturbed energy.
3. Before beginning a task, keep distractions away, take a minute’s silence to answer any unresolved questions in the mind. Set a timeline and create one high-energy thought about the activity you are about to begin. No other thought will disturb you and you create a silent, still, concentrated mind.
4. Concentration needs to be a habit, a way of living. It is your mind and it obeys your instructions. You just need to master the art of instructing it. Remind yourself - I concentrate well to complete every task effortlessly and well in time. My mind is my instrument, it obeys my instructions.

How To Bless Yourself?
We have all experienced the power of blessings of saints, parents, teachers, family and friends, on our life. A blessing means they create pure thoughts and words of happiness, health, harmony and success for us. Their vibrations influence our state of mind, raise our vibrations and change our destiny. If someone else’s blessing can create miracles in our life, why not we bless our own self?
God bless you, All the best, May you be blessed might have been the most repeated wishes you received since childhood. You might have also travelled far and wide to seek blessings of elders, saints or someone you highly regard. Have you ever considered bestowing blessings upon yourself? We have all invoked blessings and experienced its power. By itself, a blessing doesn’t create miracles in our situations. It first creates a miracle in our mind, by shifting our mind to a high-vibrational frequency. And then our mind which has just become powerful, comes out into action to manifest the blessing into our reality. What most of us don’t realize is that we are qualified to bless ourselves (and others). Our every thought and word for ourselves can either be a blessing or the opposite of blessing. Low-energy thoughts and words of doubt, fear, failure or worry, radiate opposite of blessings for ourselves and block success. Let's shift to a vocabulary of blessings. Check and shift any low-vibration thought and word about the self in your inner and outer conversations, into a blessing. Remind yourself - I bless myself. I radiate the energy of the reality I want. The Earth is a sacred space given to us by nature to stay on and make beautiful at every step. We radiate the energy from our inner consciousness every second to this planet, on which life exists in its fullest beauty. The higher the quality of our thoughts and feelings, the more we contribute in donating positivity and purity to the Earth. Let us create a few affirmations and remember them again and again everyday for achieving this purpose -

Know Your Strengths And Weaknesses
We know the value of being self-aware and having a clear idea of our strengths and weaknesses. It helps understand how we relate with the world, why we behave in certain ways, and what aspects of our personality need changes. But often, we struggle to identify our own strengths and weaknesses, but can quickly point out positives and negatives in the people we are close to, people we hardly know, or even the people we dislike.
1. In a world that is quick to judge and analyze other people, how often do we do the little exercise of checking our own personal strengths and weaknesses? Do you know your qualities? Have you experimented how it gives you an idea of how to improve yourself?
2. We don’t spend enough time looking at ourselves. Today, listing 5 of our own strengths and weaknesses takes us longer, but we instantly state those of family members or friends. Knowing others or wanting them to change is of no use, they are not in our control. The only person we can change is ourselves.
3. Spend 5 minutes every morning with yourself. Reflect on your thoughts and behaviors that feel comfortable, radiate right energy and bring right results. Those are your strengths. Nurture that quality. On the contrary, any vibration that feels uncomfortable is a weakness. You can work on overcoming it.
4. Developing a beautiful relationship with the self and knowing your strengths and weaknesses helps you improve constantly. Remind yourself - I know myself. I use my beautiful qualities always and with everyone. I'm aware of my weaknesses and am ready to change.

Benefit in: Speak Less, Speak Slowly and Speak Softly
Many of us feel we need to be talking to people to make ourselves heard or to sound interesting. This anxiety makes us over-think and over-talk. So we don’t take time to pronounce words clearly, we use more words than needed, and we even speak louder to make a point. Even if we have all the wisdom, just the way we speak can make our listeners irritated and they stop paying attention to us.
1. In any conversation, do you pay attention to your pace, your choice of words and your tone? Do you sometimes find yourself speaking to people, for the sake of saying something? Do you tend to speak without organizing your thoughts, and realize you could have said it so much better?
2. Throughout the day we constantly create and radiate 2 energies: Thought energy which then comes out as Word energy. So, if we have too many thoughts, we tend to talk too much. That hurry to speak doesn’t leave us with the margin to choose our words carefully or speak pleasantly.
3. If we want our words to be impactful, influential and transformational, they need to be fewer and carry high-energy vibrations. When we do this, we naturally speak right, speak less and speak softly. We will not just impress people but influence the conversation.
4. Let your words raise your vibrations, vibrations of the situation and of the people around you. Remind yourself - I choose words that create my perfect world. I speak only what is right, in the right manner and radiate the highest vibrations.

Suppressing Anger? Don’t Even Create It
Anger is not our original nature. By repeatedly being angry when situations are not our way, we make it an obvious reaction. We express it, deny it or at best suppress it. Anger has become chronic, but the good news is we can take a step-wise approach to first control and then finish it.
1. Anger is your choice, just as patience and peace. You don’t choose anger with authority figures or seniors but have given yourself the liberty to be angry at others. Practice meditation every morning to be patient with everyone.
2. Initially you may feel tempted to react, but do not express your anger. When you bring out anger, the other person reacts as well. And then you react further and so does the other person. The magnitude of anger multiplies.
3. Tell yourself - I am a powerful being. I understand they have a reason for what they did. I use patience and acceptance with them to protect myself and empower them. It is not suppression, but when you finish anger outside, gradually it finishes inside as well.
4. Identify one person to give corrections with vibrations of acceptance, understanding and calmness. Notice how your inner stability benefits you and them. Once you can choose patience with one person, repeat the same with 2 more people tomorrow, and then so on.

Love Others Without Any Expectations And Conditions
We all want to be very loving towards each other. Love is our inherent nature, our natural state of being. But when we create any other negative emotion for people, our love gets blocked and our relationships get affected negatively. Love means accepting people as they are, caring for their wellbeing, and respecting them no matter how they behave with us. Offering unconditional love is always our choice, it has nothing to do with them. When you remain in constant awareness and connection with your own energy of love, you will experience it in every scene and every interaction with others.
1. Spiritual wisdom teaches us to love others as much as we love ourselves because each one of us is an embodiment of love. Do you radiate such love to people? Or does it fluctuate as per the other person, as per your convenience or as per your mood?
2. Love comes naturally to us. We claim to love family and friends unconditionally. But we often block our love intentionally or unaware, each time we create thoughts of judgment, criticism, fear, hurt, anger, comparison, competition or expectations from them.
3. When we love someone, it means we accept them unconditionally. There are no expectations attached, not even when their words or behavior are not right. Let us hold on to our energy of love and radiate it to people, because our love can heal them and transform them.
4. Make the foundation of every relationship in your life strong and full of love, which does not change with time, people or situations. Remind yourself regularly - I am a loveful soul. Giving unconditional love to everyone is my natural sanskar. My feelings of love for people are not dependent on their behaviour. I choose to unconditionally love and give happiness to people. I am a source of love for others.
