При этом якобы пять тысяч подписчиков в VK это шум — подавляющего большинства этих людей нет, никакой активности они не проявляют никогда, и, думаю, даже не заходят читать ленту, а "подписаны" на меня в результате какого-то случайного клика. Поэтому вполне возможно, что именно небольшая живая часть подписчиков действительно выросла. Не так заметно, как в Телеграме, но прибавившаяся сотня человек по моим оценкам содержит куда бОльший процент настоящих людей, чем эти изначальные 5700. Ещё в Телеграме хорошо заметно непрерывное линейное падение с периодическими ступеньками роста (случайные репосты моих записей). Это падение вызвано серьёзным UX-просчётом, о котором я неоднократно писал: Телеграм наказывает автора за посты. Ну и, стоит отметить, что в VK всё ещё удобнее сам по себе механизм публикации. Единственное преимущество Телеграма это форматирование. У VK при этом нет тупых лимитов на длину текста и есть возможность прикреплять к посту фотографии без костылей. Я пишу этот текст именно в VK, чтобы потом скопировать в Телеграм, а не наоборот. По активности людей на удивление примерно одинаково. В умирающем VK нашёлся островок активных взрослых, которые меня читают. В среднем десятки лайков и комментариев к каждому посту, и там, и там. Кстати, этот показатель особо не изменился, и рост подписчиков на него не повлиял. Видимо, в обсуждениях участвуют в основном люди, которые уже давно меня знают. Так что, сделать однозначный выбор я не могу. VK удобнее. Но в TG взрослые. Однако, в TG абсолютно нет органического роста, если вы не пишете на одну и ту же тему или не словили хайп, набрав нужную критическую массу в удачный момент, то ваш единственный путь это неофициальный рынок платных репостов переводом на карту — говно полное, не хочу с этим связываться. Но в VK каждая новая инициатива это снова какая-то фигня либо для детей либо для отчётов и заголовков. Но в TG разработчики открыто клали хер на авторов с большой горы: годами не делают даже банальное прикрепление фото или, скажем, удобную форму ввода длинных текстов. Канал это всё ещё чат-монолог со всеми вытекающими. Но в VK неприятная атмосфера с вытеснением чего-то конструктивного в пользу одноразового контента для определённой прослойки пользователей. Видимо, пора переходить на короткие вертикальные видео. #web

The right to die #video#Peru Ana Estrada is confined to bed most of the time and can breathe only with a respirator. She lives with polymyositis, a rare muscle disease with no cure. Since 2016, Ana has been writing a blog called ‘Ana seeks a dignified death’. In addition, she started a legal battle to decide to end her life ‘when the time comes’. Assisted death is illegal in her country of Peru. Peru is primarily a Catholic country, where euthanasia is prohibited alongside same-sex marriage and abortion. However, in 2021 a court ruled in favour of Ana and cleared anyone assisting in her death of criminal charges. Ana says she would decide to die when she could no longer write her blog. On this day in 2000, the Dutch lower house of parliament voted to legalise euthanasia. Thus, the Netherlands became the first country that allowed mercy killings. The initiative was launched to reduce poverty and cut birth rates among the poor. While it was supposed to be consensual, women involved in the programme say otherwise. Most of the victims came from poor indigenous communities. Josefa was at home when nurses came and forced her to go to the hospital. She still recalls waking up after the procedure and seeing other women crying out their husbands’ names in pain. In the following years, Josefa suffered from infections and cancer.
