BUSD - это стабильная монета, полностью принадлежащая и управляемая Paxos. В результате рыночная капитализация BUSD со временем будет только уменьшаться. Paxos продолжит обслуживать проект и управлять погашениями. Но как, черт возьми, СТАБИЛЬНАЯ монета может считаться ценной бумагой, если она явно не соответствует критериям теста Хоуи? Ни у кого никогда не было “ожидания прибыли” при покупке $BUSD».
