Ответ CZ по поводу Paxos (BUSD минтер) Глава Binance прокомментировал текущее положение: «BUSD выпускается и погашается компанией Paxos. Средства юзеров в безопасности #SAFU! Paxos сообщили нам, что Департамент финансовых услуг Нью-Йорка (NYDFS) распорядился прекратить выпуск новых BUSD. Paxos регулируется NYDFS. BUSD - это стабильная монета, полностью принадлежащая и управляемая Paxos. В результате рыночная капитализация BUSD со временем будет только уменьшаться. Paxos продолжит обслуживать проект и управлять погашениями. Paxos также заверил нас, что средства в безопасности #SAFU и полностью покрыты резервами в их банках, причем их резервы уже неоднократно проверялись различными аудиторскими фирмами. Что касается предполагаемого судебного процесса SEC против Paxos, у меня нет никакой информации об этом, кроме статей в публичных новостях. Судебный процесс ведется между SEC США и Paxos. Я не эксперт по законам США. Но согласен с логикой: «SEC обозначила BUSD как “незарегистрированную ценную бумагу” и подает в суд на ее эмитента, Paxos. Но как, черт возьми, СТАБИЛЬНАЯ монета может считаться ценной бумагой, если она явно не соответствует критериям теста Хоуи? Ни у кого никогда не было “ожидания прибыли” при покупке $BUSD». "ЕСЛИ" BUSD будет признан судами ценной бумагой, это окажет глубокое влияние на то, как криптоиндустрия будет развиваться (или не будет развиваться) в юрисдикциях, где она рассматривается как таковая. Binance продолжит поддерживать BUSD в обозримом будущем. Мы действительно предвидим, что со временем пользователи перейдут на другие стабильные монеты. И мы внесем соответствующие коррективы в продукт. например, отказаться от использования BUSD в качестве основной пары для торговли и т.д.
