🌐Промежуточные Выводы:
Мы находимся сейчас в самом начале развития DAO как нового подхода к управлению сообществами и протоколами. Сейчас DAO скорее похоже на древнее племя, где голожопые делегаты бегают с палками и принимают решения по приниципу у кого длиннее. В наших силах, а вообще даже в наших обязательствах построить и внедрить новые принципы DAO во благо всего будущего человечества.
Я уверен, что сегодня мы тренируемся управлять протоколами, но завтра мы будем управлять точно также #AGI (Super Artificial General Intelligence) DAO.
Сейчас Я строю сообщество (децентрализованную партию) и новые DAO инструменты, которые позволят нам принимать участие и влиять на стратегические решения в большинстве протоколов, управляя в том числе потоками миллиардов долларов в #DeFi. Пока это очень молодая инициатива, но я уверен что за несколько следующих лет Web3 вырастет в новую цифровую нацию со своими государствами, партиями и политическими амбициями (уже сегодня некоторые DAO спонсируют лоббирование законодательства и нанимают юристов).

📊The Crypto Industry Hierarchy: Who’s making money, and who’s just holding on to hope
Crypto is full of opportunities quite the experience. Everyone plays a different role — with different levels of influence and income. Let’s break down the food chain, from beginners to blockchain bosses.
🐹1. Everyday Users. Traders, investors, NFT collectors, “buy high, sell low” type of people. Farming memecoins, suffering rekt moments, dreaming of Lambos.
Income: hit or miss, usually losses.
🪂2. Airdrop hunters and testnet grinders. Completing quests, running nodes on old laptops, hoping for that $1,000 payout. Sometimes they strike gold.
Income: $200-1,000 monthly or a random x100 windfall.
😎3. KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). From micro to mega influencers with millions of followers. Guides, reviews, drama, paid promotions.
Income: $1,000 to tens of thousands monthly. The smart ones invest (but probably not in TON).
⚙️4. Builders and specialists. Creating real products: DApps, smart contracts, NFT platforms. Also includes auditors, bug hunters, researchers, analysts.
Income: steady $5K to $15K+, depends on skill level.
💰5. Liquidity providers, market makers, validators. Keeping DeFi alive, earning from fees, running nodes.
Income: solid gains here, especially for validators, though it can be seasonal.
👑6. Project founders — DEXs, lending platforms, NFT marketplaces, infrastructure. DAO leads or CEOs. Can make millions, but risk is high, and burnout is common.
Income: anywhere from 2x to infinity — or bankruptcy.
🚬7. Blockchain owners / Core Devs. Ethereum, Solana, Sui and the rest. They write the rules. Their decisions shape the entire industry.
Income: huge — with access to insider info, influence and big money.
🐋8. Institutions, funds, exchanges. Binance, a16z, OKX, Paradigm. They control liquidity, trends, listings, and capital flow.
Income: hundreds of millions per year.
⚖️9. Regulators and governments. Officially “not playing the crypto game,” but some countries’ leaders run pump & dump schemes openly while holding millions in crypto without a hint of shame.
Why does this matter?
Many people live with illusions — thinking they’re “almost on the same level” as builders or founders just because they bought the same token.
Those stuck at the bottom often think they’re failing because they’re not trying hard enough. But it’s not about effort — certain levels have income ceilings. Exceptions do happen, but they’re as likely as winning the lottery. That so-called “life-changing money”? More of a lottery ticket than a reflection of your skills.
