Lemon Water Lemon water is made just by squeezing some lime in warm or cold water. Pure lemon juice can erode the tooth enamel (due to Citric acid), so it’s important to dilute it with water. Lemon juice with warm water helps in quick weight loss as it promotes digestion & increases the metabolic rate. It's health benefits are limitless, & all due to Citric acid & Vitamin-C. What I prefer is - Drink lemon juice with lukewarm water on an empty stomach every morning. I usually add pinch of Turmeric & a spoon 🥄 of Honey🍯 in it. #health 🚨 Source @HeathSafetyTps

What's Gum Disease? In your mouth, bacteria are constantly forming a sticky substance called plaque on your teeth. Brushing & flossing can help you get rid of plaque, but the substance can also harden &, in turn, form another substance called tartar. In many cases, the buildup of plaque & tartar can lead to the development of gingivitis, a condition marked by inflammation of the gums. When left untreated, gingivitis can progress to periodontitis ("inflammation around the tooth").
