🎓 Катталар таълими — бу шунчаки билим бериш эмас, балки касбий ўсиш ва янги имкониятлар майдонидир. 2025 йил 24 октябрь куни DVV International’нинг Ўзбекистондаги филиали томонидан ташкил этилган минтақавий воркшоп айнан шундай руҳда ўтди.
🌍 Тадбирда Ўзбекистон, Қирғизистон ва Тожикистондан мутахассислар, тренерлар ва методистлар иштирок этдилар — улар нафақат ўқитувчи, балки илҳомлантирувчи шахслар бўлиб, катталар таълимини замон талабларига мос равишда янгиламоқдалар.
💻 Воркшоп давомида рақамли технологиялар таълим жараёнини шунчаки қўллаб-қувватламасдан, балки уни тубдан ўзгартириши ҳақида фикр алмашилди. 📍 The Regional Workshop in Tashkent: “New Horizons in Adult Learning and Education: Global Trends and Digital Transformation”
🎓 Adult education is not just about transferring knowledge — it is a space for professional growth and new opportunities. This spirit defined the atmosphere of the regional workshop organized by the DVV International Uzbekistan on October 24, 2025.
🌍 The event brought together experts, trainers, and methodologists from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan — people who not only teach but also inspire, transforming adult education in response to the challenges of our time.
💡 The workshop focused on how digital technologies are not merely complementing but fundamentally transforming approaches to adult learning. Participants emphasized that developing digital competencies is no longer an option but a necessity — opening doors to social, economic, and cultural inclusion for adults.
📈 Experts shared their success stories:

📍 Региональный воркшоп в Ташкенте: «Новые горизонты в обучении и образовании взрослых: глобальные тренды и цифровая трансформация»
🎓 Образование взрослых — это не просто передача знаний, а пространство для профессионального роста и новых возможностей. Именно такой была атмосфера на региональном воркшопе, организованном Филиалом DVV в Узбекистане 24 октября 2025 года.
🌍 Участниками события стали эксперты, тренеры и методисты из Узбекистана, Кыргызстана и Таджикистана — люди, которые не просто обучают, а мотивируют своих слушателей, преобразуя образование взрослых в ответ на вызовы времени.
💻 На воркшопе обсуждалось, как цифровые технологии не просто дополняют, а полностью трансформируют подходы к обучению взрослых. Участники подчеркивали, что развитие цифровых компетенций — это не опция, а необходимость, открывающая двери к социальной, экономической и культурной вовлечённости взрослого населения.

🌍 WAYU — the World Association of Youth of Uzbekistan is a non-governmental, non-profit organization headquartered in Tashkent, with representative offices in more than 26 countries. It aims to protect the rights and interests of Uzbek youth abroad, help them keep pace with the times, and involve them in social-entrepreneurial and educational projects related to their homeland.
🤝 This meeting created a great opportunity for participants to get closer to their goals and to implement projects on teaching and leadership development.
