Russian government has developed a package of 30 measures to protect citizens against cyber fraud. 📌 According to Sergey Lebed, Sberbank's Vice President for Cybersecurity, 85 percent of fraud cases are related to phone fraud. 📌 The measures by the government include possibility of online exchange of information between government agencies, banks and digital platforms, new mandatory rules for identifying and verifying identity of users, as well as mandatory marking of calls, thanks to which the name of the organization will be displayed on the user's phone screen. 📌The bill prohibits government agencies, banks and telecom operators from communicating with customers via instant messengers.
