On 23 October, the Delegation of the Russian Federation to the Vienna Negotiations on Military Security and Arms Controland Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Rodion Miroshnik, co-hosted the international teleconference "On the road to liberating the LPR." The event brought together representatives from over 30 world capitals from all the continents, including from the OSCE, ASEAN and CIS countries, Russian and European journalists as well as residents of the Lugansk People's Republic of the Russian Federation. Eyewitnesses and victims of the war crimes committed by the AFU shared their accounts of events in the LPR. During the discussion, diplomats (high-ranking representatives of the Foreign Ministry and the Defense Ministry of Nicaragua, Irada Zeynalova, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Mauritius, Lev Kvitsinia, Minister of Emergency Situations of Abkhazia, Alexander Lukashevich, Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE), journalists and bloggers from around the world discussed the situation in Donbass.
