🇮🇩Bali is about to be taken over by the central government 📈 The more Bali becomes known, the louder are the calls to designate it as a special economic zone and manage it directly from the center. Bali now accounts for 80% of all foreign tourist traffic to Indonesia. It is not only the country's calling card, but also the tourist center of the entire region. 🏎 Bali is also developing in the sphere of medical and educational services. An F1 track is being built here, high-level forums and summits are being held, and there will potentially be opportunities to open family foundations. 🤝 The stakes for central authorities and foreign partners are high indeed. This requires clear action on many issues, from sound urban planning to direct solutions to infrastructure problems. 🏝 The main issue for local authorities is the lack of proper regulation and control of development. Proper planning on a tropical island is not easy. Therefore, the experience of colleagues from Jakarta or Surabaya can be useful. 📸 On the one hand, there are stories about how relic forests are being cut down, on the other - how cliffs are being built up and beaches blocked, whole districts are being converted from a green zone to a tourist zone, thereby condemning rice fields to extinction, and much more. 🆙 Potentially, a new organization to control what happens in Bali could take the island to a new level. @BaliNews #analytics#authorities

They believe that lowering the cost of airfare will add to Indonesia's competitive advantage. 🔍 Looking for a way to help cut costs will have to be a special working group. It should not just curb rising airplane prices, but also create an efficient aviation industry in the country, said Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno. “We have already formulated a plan, it contains nine measures, one of which is the establishment of a task force to reduce airfares. In addition, we will study all aspects to optimize the aviation industry and ultimately improve the country's attractiveness to tourists from all over the world.” @BaliNews #goodnews#airport#tourism#authorities

🛣Details about the construction of a district road in Bukit District authorities are set to solve the road issue in Uluwatu by laying a new district road. Construction of the first section from Siligita village to Sawangan in Nusa Dua district has already started. The original idea was to extend the toll road, which now runs from the airport to Nusa Dua, all the way to Uluwatu. Right now, traffic on the main road jl. Uluwatu is difficult because it is both a hub of commerce and the main thoroughfare of the area, used by everyone from locals to construction vehicles and tour buses. The land acquisition budget for 2024 will be $16 million, with the next one already promised to increase to $19 million. According to an insider in Bali's land office, all consideration of new housing development in the green zone on Bukit is now halted just in time for the land acquisition for the new roads. @BaliNews #roads#roads#authorities#Bukit#Uluwatu#NusaDua
