Consul General of the Russian Federation in Cape Town, Ruslan Golubovskiy, met with the Premier of the Northern Cape Province, Zamani Saul, in Kimberley. The meeting was held in a warm and cordial atmosphere, underscoring the mutual commitment to further deepening cooperation. The sides discussed the outcomes of the recent visit of the Northern Cape delegation to the Republic of Karelia, which culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Interregional Cooperation.
