Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, more than $100 million is coming to New Hampshire to invest in energy efficiency and clean energy. These investments will create new jobs, help Granite Staters save money and help our planet.

This is heartbreaking! We must do better for our young people. Passing my bipartisan Cooper Davis Act would be a good start. Increasing accountability over the use of social media platforms to traffic deadly drugs like fentanyl would stop some of these preventable deaths. https://twitter.com/SenatorShaheen/status/1795474454060880112?s=19

Disappointed but not surprised by Georgia Dream’s decision to override the President’s veto on the foreign agent’s law. My Georgian People’s Act would ensure accountability for those endangering democracy in Georgia and ignoring the overwhelming wishes of the Georgian people. https://twitter.com/SenatorShaheen/status/1795509491795951770?s=19

Last week, the UN voted to make July 11 a day of remembrance for the 1995 Srebrenica Genocide. These horrors must never be forgotten. We owe it to the victims and their families to remember this painful chapter in history to build a brighter future for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Last week, Republicans rejected a bipartisan border security deal for a second time. Shame on them. We should be doing everything we can to stem the flow of fentanyl into the U.S. The longer we wait, the more Granite Staters will be put at risk. https://twitter.com/SenatorShaheen/status/1795923072748257585?s=19

As Granite Staters and visitors head to New Hampshire’s pristine lakes this summer, it’s critical we keep our lakes clean. I was excited to see firsthand the Lake Winnipesaukee Association’s work to benefit water quality on Lake Winnipesaukee using federal funding I secured.
