Everything is about feelings to me, I feel deeply I communicate deeply I interact deeply I do everything deeply in my life, even my morning talks with my neighbors and the people I’m surrounded by so Creation is the way I communicate with the universe and you through my heart. Bina Maracchini installation 2024 ~ BINT EL SUDAN~ ~ The daughter of Sudan ~ The installation represents the place of my birth and is dedicated to a girl from Sudan and a woman from Sudan. Remembering the warmth of my childhood, my grandmother, my neighbors and my childhood friends in Sudan Khartoum. ~ The rebirth of creativity ~ I designed that dress 3 years ago and it is a reminder to myself that I should never compromise myself with anything that will interfere with my creation purpose and process. As I mentioned in one of my speeches before, Art is a way of survival. It creates a new life & new hope. Each time there’s a new creation is in the process. On Tuesday at 19:30 there will be a performance to end ~ BINA ~ exhibition where dress will be part of that performance. I can’t express how fulfilled I am to see this dress on Valya. #binamaracchinidesign

Завтра в Пространстве А вечер истории и культуры Судана – встреча с Биной Мараккини «Дочь Судана». Бина расскажет об истории своей семьи – ее дедушка Кур Фафити Йор был королем Шиллука – королевства на левом берегу Белого Нила (территория современного Южного Судана), поделится воспоминаниями из детства в Хартуме, познакомит с суданской кухней, национальными традициями, музыкой, расскажет истории женщин Судана, вдохновляющими ее сегодня. Во встрече примет участие Анна Сиим Москвитина, старший научный сотрудник Отдела этнографии Африки Музея антропологии и этнографии им. Петра Великого (Кунсткамера) РАН. Специальный музыкальный гость – Вáрьюшка Начало в 19:00. Регистрация открыта. Встреча пройдет в рамках публичной программы выставки Вероники Рудьевой-Рязанцевой «Бина».
