CHAPTER 1 UPHEAVAL OF FLOWERETS Five hundreds years ago, the world divided itself to wasteland hills and fertile land due to chaos widely known as ‘Total Annihilation’. A chaos that wiped off millions upon millions of species called, human , which changed the whole history of life. The world undergone drastic change since the division which both sides are now overtaken by another species that born to wipe off humanity itself , nature monster , as humans have gone extinct two hundred years ago. The world of nature monsters which united under a rule of an Emperor or Empress that posesses the 'Highest Throne' sit then derives into Kings/Queens to counties which are measured by their strength. Strength first, wealth comes second. The royal positions are determined by strength which everyone has to fight for and it isn't illegal to kill your opponent as long as you buried the body in the nearest mountain. For the 'Highest Throne' however, it is obligated to kill the opponent as prove for being the strongest of all. The royal positions are dripping with invisible blood different to the life of commoners which is a lot more peaceful unless tyrant took over. An unfortunate event of tyranny years did happen exactly 7 years ago prior to the current ruling Emperor who is widely known as kind and rational. However, the aftermath of such awful event also has given birth to heinous criminals and the most feared one is, Sarasyu. Sarasyu, hated by many admired by some, is believed to be a cannibalistic female monster who soars the sky and rushes through bushes to prey on anyone. Rumour has it that she lured men with her devil charm into the 'Forbidden Forest' before preying on them since witnesses described her as a pretty woman in black with a beautiful long jet black hair and blazing red eyes that will consume you like fire. She is believed to kill & loot, feared by all for her overwhelming power said to rival the Emperor himself. Nicknamed 'Sarasyu' for the sound she made whenever she appears every midnight. The sound of danger that made everyone evacuate in panic, fearing for their life to end under her death charm. She is also known as the ‘Queen of Bandits’ and ‘Midnight Tarantula’ amongst the commoners for all the crimes she has committed. In contrary to people who admire her who consisted of corrupted royals & criminals. Those corrupted kings are mostly amongst the richest who dreamed of marrying her for getting the Emperor throne while the criminals admired her stealing & cannibalism practice for power boost. Those who practiced cannibalism are immediately sent to death ordered by the Emperor for murder charge. Even to this day, 7 years after the birth of the vicious evil monster, she is still hunted for her head to be turned into promised gold. #annoec#review#story

When you face your demon. The day when you feel every possible pain, confusion, darkness, the negativity you can imagine. When you can't able to sleep when you can't able to breathe peacefully, and so on. Consider this now you found your demon. You feel helpless, you feel so numb, you feel lost. But you know what? Even in the night of darkness, there is still hope of light that waiting for you. Gautam Buddha once said, whenever you fall into the worst situation never forget to pursue something good from it. Make your pain your best teacher your best friend. You're pain always trying to say become better than you used to be. Become stronger than you used to be. • This Universe beyond our thinking and imagination. In this universe, there is something or nothing. We don't know. No one does. I don't know where you live but I know you live somewhere in the world in this tiny world, we don't know why we here, we don't know why we born. We come into this world. We spend our lives with our loved ones, then we die they will cry and they will move on because this is very difficult to live with that pain and they also die one day. If you do something to help this world some more people remember you and some will cry some will not and they also move on. Something always with you withing you but we always underestimate that sense of existence. In this new world, we always greedy to feed logic and reasoning but our small brain not made out for that, this universe beyond our mind. Thoughts come and goes. Days come and goes. The feeling comes and goes. People come and goes. What remains at this moment? You! When you're day will come you also leave this world. Understand this and be grateful for this precious life. Be kind, be honest add value to your life. Find something that you can live or die for. Find your calling. Suppose even if you don't achieve what you planned for the last day of your life, you will have a smile of satisfaction on your face that you never give up you always stand back when you fall. You always fight back. This only enough to make you smile on your last day. When someone decides to give that precious life to something he/she loves, The great infinite universe starts giving them energy, potential, the courage to do that thing. Then nothing seems that important than your purpose. Believe in yourself the more you hurt the more you will become stronger. Like it was just a fact in comparison to the hundred thousand thoughts racing in her mind. "I'm sorry, could you care to explain?" Beth commented. She felt it was rather natural to have a parade of confusing thoughts but she got a strange feeling that it was not reciprocated. "Well, you know the company has decided to move in a different direction now" Sam commented and walked over to the wide windows overlooking the bevy of corporations around. "It's a natural process, one you must be familiar by now" he commented casually. It was pretty obvious that seething anger would be of no use against this man. She took a few deep breaths and looked over to him. "Toiling for this company for almost ten years is not just natural. You know this has not been that easy Sam" she declared. "I've been through it all, the downfalls, the scandals, the protests and the eventual resurrection. You can't dismiss all that in a single sentence." Sam looked over her now, not sympathetically of course, but with a cool devil-may-care attitude . He strode over and sat back in his chair, toiling with the papers in front of him. "I'm aware" he said. He glanced down and continued coolly "There's only so much we can do Beth. If we have to let you go, it's high time you started accepting the fact". He glanced up and looked her in the eyes. She stared back unsure of what to even say at this point. Sure, he wasn't an easy man to convince, but you could only have a conversation with someone willing to listen and negotiate. "Not fair, Sam. This really is going beyond bounds. I have been responsible for some major breakthroughs in getting timely deals the company has needed and wanted. Could you really say that's nothing?" she darted out. She didn't really need a heated argument to prove her point, but if that's what he wanted, that's what he would get. "One month, Beth. That's all I can give you at this point. I expect all your security credentials to be returned by then. We’re a top rising Security services corporation now. I think we could do without you here. And it's just my duty to pass on this information to you as head of Human Resources" he smirked. She leaned forward and slowly rose from her place. Sliding her hands on the desk, she fixed a glance on him. "This is really rich, coming from you. Obviously this place needs a reminder of where it's roots exist. This is not over!" she replied with a cool voice and stomped briskly out of the place. Real guts they got treating people like that, she fumed. She wondered how she could stand this place any longer. She felt the walls closing in around her, warning her to get out of the prison-cell as soon as she got the chance. She conjectured if anything was even worth at this point.

Список ресурсов я публиковал уже тут https://t.me/hiremegoogle/46 Если вы послушаете историю ребят которые попали FAANG, то в большинстве случаев ни упускают ту часть где они учили алгоритмы. Их рассказы звучат типа “Я учился в универе, Я подался в Google, прошел собеседование и меня в взяли в на работу в Google, Цюрих”. Хотя казалось бы алгоритмы это 90% собеседования, почему люди про это не говорят. Мне это не понятно. Я думаю про это надо рассказывать. Далее рассказываю как я нарабатывал знания алгоритмов. У меня ушло примерно 1.5-2 года чтобы получить офер. Я начал готовиться осенью 2018 года. Начал тупо решать задачи на Hackerrank. Решал примерно 1-2 задачи в неделю, решал очень медленно даже легкие задачи. Примерно через пару тройку месяцев уже решал 1-2 задачи в день, уровня Easy, уровнь Medium так же решал в течении недели. Читал Dicussions, смотрел лекции на YouTube. Позже пересел на Leetocde, так как там вопросы более близки по контексту к тем что спрашивают на собеседованиях и там отличное сообщество. Задачи решал ежедневно, по 1-2 часа, даже на выходных. Участвовал в онлайн контестах 1-2 раза в месяц. В свободное время либо решал задачи, либо, смотрел лекции. Пытался решать на разные темы, неделю Графы, неделю Строки, неделю Массивы и т.д. Параллельно я подавался в крупные Казахстанские и Европейские компании, чтобы отточить навыки собеседования и посмотреть какие технические навыки требуются на рынке. Подавал в Германию, Нидерланды, Норвегию, Литву, Польшу и т.д. Просто искал интересные компании в блогах и на LinkedIn, и откликался на их вакансии. Про резюме писано тут https://t.me/hiremegoogle/5. В весной 2019 года начал отправлять свое резюме в Booking, Amazon, Facebook, Google, без реферала, попытка не пытка. К этому времени я решал задачи более менее уверенно, но все равно очень медленно. Я понимал что меня отошьют, но было интересно как далеко я зайду. Я понимал что все равно подамся еще раз через год. Booking дали онлайн тест, который я сдал, обещали перезвонить и не перезвонили. Amazon завалил онлайн тест. Facebook посмотрели мое резюме и сразу отшили. Google единственные кто допустили меня до телефонного интервью. Я его прошел, мне попался вопрос который я на днях решал 2-3 раза подряд, чтобы лучше понять рекурсию. И меня позвали на онсайт в Цюрих, который я очевидно завалил. Сейчас я понимаю что мой уровень тогда был очень низкий. После того как я завалил интервью в Google, я понял что попасть на онсайт не так уж и сложно, нужно просто наработать алгоритмы. Поставил себе цель что буду в течении года интенсивно готовиться и через год обязательно пройду. Я знал чего мне не хватает. Это теоретической базы и практики которая есть у олимпиадых программистов. Я попытался этого добиться слушая лекции и участвуя в онлайн контекстах, просил друзей олимпиадников почитать мне лекции. Но все равно мне не хватало четкой программы и структуры. Я не понимал что учить, а что нет. Тогда я и наткнулся на AlgoExpert. Это своеобразный Leetcode, только с ограниченным пулом задач на все базовые темы и с видео лекциями, почему и как это решается. Я понимал что это может быть хорошей инвестицией и купил годовой доступ. Я сгруппировал задачи по категориям и решал категория за категорией в течении 2 месяцев, каждый день по 1-2 часа. После того как я все исчерпал, я начал решать все задачи, но теперь уже в случайном порядке. Если раньше я решал одну Medium задачу от часа, до недели, теперь по истечению 4 месяцев я решал Medium задачу за 15-30 минут. После этого мне стало скучно решать одни и те же задачи и я перешел обратно на Leetcode и уже просто набивал руку. Это было круто, это ощущается как суперспособность, ты видишь задачу и уже видишь потенциальные речения задачи. Чтобы справиться со стрессом я использовал Pramp. 1-2 сессий в месяц. Он бесплатный. Этой стратегии я придерживался в течении года. Это уже стало привычкой. Во время собеседований я уже решал по 1-2 задачи по 2 часа утром и 2 часа вечером, в общем 3-4 часа в день. #story#interviewtip#google

Кто то нагнал трафика на мой канал. Ппц вас много тут стало. Ну я должен рассказать итоги итогов. Google Созвонились с рекрутором насчет позиции TSE. Он сказал что мои результаты все еще не однозначны и направил меня на собес с Hiring Manager. Она поспрашивала меня про мою мотивацию, мол ты же Software Engineer, нафига тебе сдался Technical Solutions Engineer. Я начал втирать что мол это возможность поработать в Google, набраться опыта, также потому что я уже работаю на похоже позиции сейчас. Hiring Manager сказала что у них нет в данной момент позиции TSE Platform (веб разработчики), но они ищут ребят для TSE Storage где будет больший упор на знание SQL если мне это интересно то они готовы меня рассмотреть. Я сказал что хотел бы сфокусироваться на Веб и не влезать глубоко в SQL, делать упор на мои основные навыки. На что получил ответ что то типа “Ну хрен знает чувак, мне надо будет тогда обсудить все с твоим рекрутером”. Но был намек что меня отошьют, так как нет подходящей позиции. Посмотрим как пойдет. Facebook За день до того как я уехал на летний отпуск мне позвонил мой рекрутер. Сказал что то типа “I have good news for you…”, я такой воу-воу полегче парень, и он такой “we would like to make you an formal offer…”, и все я уже дальше ничего не слышал. Все что было в моей голове это “Facebook?! London?! E5?! Серьезно?!”. Я прифигел, мягко говоря. Мы немного поболтали и он сказал что дальше уже будут вопросы по ЗП, переезд, виза и всякое прочее. Это значит что тебя берут? Формально да. На практике мне нужно будет сделать кучу бумажной работы прежде чем я начну работать там. Это займет по мои расчетам от 3-4 месяцев. Если на одном из этих этапов что то сломается, мне откажут в визе или Великобритания закроет границы или вдруг не будет доступных мест для меня, что угодно, я могу остаться где я есть сейчас. Поэтому не хочется говорить “гоп”, пока я не подписал все необходимые бумаги. Но получается я получил офер от Facebook, выкусите те 15 человек которые думали что я будут сосать палец (15-ый это я сам). Cейчас веду переговоры по ЗП. #story#facebook#google
