#story 🇬🇧 How I Adapted to Life and Study in Europe in Just 2 Months A subscriber’s real story I never really imagined living in Europe. My parents always encouraged me to dream, but honestly, I just wanted a decent job in Tashkent. That all changed when I received my acceptance letter for a Master’s in Poland. The Departure I stood in the airport clutching a nervous suitcase and my passport. My mom was anxious, my dad joked to make it easier. On the plane I hardly slept, replaying in my mind: Where am I going? How will I survive? First Impressions Warsaw greeted me with rain and the smell of coffee - everything seemed too clean, too calm. A kind woman at the dorm reception slowly explained how to get my room key. I sighed with relief - I hadn’t gotten lost yet. Everyday Culture Shocks On my first day, I couldn’t unlock my room (the locks are completely different!). I tried to connect to Wi-Fi but didn’t know where to find the login. I was surprised: people sort trash into five types, showers have no curtain. At the grocery store, I got confused - food looked familiar but the names were all different, the packages not like back home. I accidentally bought zucchini(cukinia) instead of courgette(cukini). Tried to heat up food in the microwave - but in Poland they mostly use stoves. I laughed at myself, then texted my mom. University & Social Life In my first class, the professor asked, “What’s your story?” I froze - back in Uzbekistan, we never had to talk about ourselves in public. It was hard at first - I didn’t get the jokes, I was shy speaking English, but I noticed everyone - even the professors were patient and supportive. A week later, I met other international students: A Turkish guy taught me where to buy cheap groceries, a girl from Kazakhstan gave me the address of a cozy café, and with my Ukrainian neighbor we learned to make borscht from local vegetables. What really helped: - Started small - learned 3 new Polish words every day. - Joined campus tours for international students (highly recommend!). - Volunteered at a campus festival - made friends with locals. - Allowed myself to make mistakes - spoke with an accent, asked “stupid” questions, and no one laughed. Discovered Polish poppy seed rolls and free city bikes. After 2 months: - I navigated the city without a map. - Ordered food in Polish and could joke with classmates. - No longer felt like a stranger — Warsaw became a second home. 🤍 Main takeaway Adaptation isn’t about the absence of problems - it’s about not giving up and laughing at yourself. Europe isn’t “better” - it’s just “different”. Here, you can be yourself and not be afraid to be “the new one”. If you’ve had a similar experience, share it in the comments. And if you’re just about to move - don’t worry: it’ll be tough, but it’ll be an adventure! @whydot

So one high college student decided to find a virgin girl and.. Marry her. One summer day he walks around the campus and catches a glimpse of wonderful young lady not far from him. "Hi whats up? Everything's fine. What's your name cute babe? My name's Alice. Are you a virgin, Alice? No. Why should I be? Ok, ok, he decides to visit a public school and at the doorstep be notices a pretty little chick with an angel smile. Hi, little chick ! How are you doing? Am doing well. What's your name? Alice. Hmmmmm. Are you a virgin? Are you mad, dude? Of cause not! The dissapointed fellow travels further and visits middle classes and then he visits primary classes but the output is always the same: all girls bear the name of Alice and all of them are not perfect already. The disappointed dude finally decides to try his luck in a kindergarten. Now he strolls around the premises and catches a look of nice blonde smiling baby. Look baby, he says, how old are you ? I am 5 sir. Hm, and whats your name pretty child ? I am Alice sir! Now the student completely looses his temper. He starts jumping and yelling, screaming curses and threats, the kid looks frightened and about to cry. O tempora, o mores! , he yells, such a little child, such an innocent little kid, and she is already an ALICE !!!!! Andy Ronzhin #review #story

“Don’t give up. Don’t give up,” the old man said. His voice seemed to be distant, even though he was much closer to me. The waves came rushing forward, and before they touched our feet, the waves retreated. Life seemed to be going good, and it almost feels like an earthquake now. Not small, but a really bad one. The man stood opposite to me as if in a nightmare. He caught hold of my hands, “Don’t give up. Don’t give up this soon.” I looked at the man, with eyes filled with tears. The moon, which stayed directly opposite to us, shone in full. Its reflection made the sea shine. It was so real, to be a nightmare. “Who are you?” I asked him. “I am the king of this country,” he told me. He had almost white, grey eyelids. His body looked so old, devoid of any flesh. He had some long hairs spurting out of his chin and cheeks, which can’t be called a beard. He was almost bald, and the remaining hair was grown long. I laughed lightly at his response, and I stopped the laughter, understanding that insanity is not something to be laughed at. I stopped, heaving only one puff of air. “Come. Come with me,” the man said, taking my hand. I followed him to his house. It was so small, I understood that he lived alone. Thus, my plan to kill myself was aborted. The man’s voice echoed in my mind, like it got strongly registered there. “Don’t give up. Don’t give up.” #review #story

~ a moment of execution ~ Is my adventure postponed or raised session? Or was the judgment issued against me in absentia ?! I haven't realized anything yet ...! I did not start yet ..! Did everything end like this ..? Without ... you hear my testimony .. ?! Or should I recover from a long coma? Should I pay a bribe to this life to resume my walk with it? Or did she make her decision and does not return? .. I hate losing since my youth ... Am I losing in front of a life that claims its chains are around me ?! Do I rebel? It is my freedom that I deserve ..... What if my execution is my freedom ?? #story #review

Joe was a man of simple tastes. He enjoyed the sound of waves crashing against the shore, the feel of sand between his toes, and the warmth of the sun on his skin. He had a peculiar habit of collecting seashells, not because he found them particularly beautiful, but because each one felt like a small, unique treasure to him. On a quiet Tuesday evening, Joe sat in his cluttered living room, surrounded by books about marine life and half-empty coffee cups, his gaze fixed on a particular shell. It was a simple, unassuming shell, but it reminded him of someone: Shiny.Shiny was everything Joe wasn't. Outgoing, vibrant, and full of life, she was a stark contrast to his introverted nature. Yet, they had found a connection that surpassed their differences. Herlaugh was the sound of the ocean in his ears, her touch was the warmth of the sun on his skin, and her smile was the beauty of a shell found on a beach. Shiny had a wild streak that Joe adored, and she had been talking about her fantasy for weeks: to make love on a public nude beach. Joe, ever the romantic, decided to surprise her with a trip to the infamous Nudista Cove. The day finally arrived, and Joe's nerves were strung tighter than a bow ready to launch an arrow. He had never been to a nude beach before, and the thought of baring it all in public made his cheeks burn. But for Shiny, he would face his fears. He packed a picnic basket with her favorite snacks: strawberries, brie cheese, and a bottle of chilled white wine. He hoped the food and drink would help ease the tension and make the experience more enjoyable for both of them. They arrived at Nudista Cove just as the sun was dipping low in the sky, casting a warm, golden glow over the horizon. The beach was already bustling with activity, a sea of naked bodies of all shapes and sizes. Shiny squealed with excitement, pulling Joe's hand as they made their way down the wooden stairs that led to the sand. Despite his apprehension, Joe couldn't help but feel a thrill of excitement at the adventure ahead. As they set up their small, secluded spot, Joe's eyes darted around, taking in the sights of the nude beach. He tried to keep his gaze respectful, but the novelty of the environment was undeniable. Shiny, on the other hand, was in her element, chatting with a group of friendly beachgoers nearby as if they were all old friends. Her confidence was infectious, and Joe felt his nervousness begin to wane. The sun kissed their bare skin as they unpacked the picnic basket. Shiny's laughter filled the air as she playfully threw a handful of sand at Joe. He couldn't help but smile, his eyes lingering on her curves as she moved with the grace of a dolphin in the waves. They shared the wine, the liquid courage easing Joe into the experience. He watched as she took a piece of brie on her finger and offered it to him, the cheese melting slightly from the heat of her touch.Their eyes met, and in that moment, Joe knew the time had come. They were going to live out her fantasy. He stood up, his heart racing, and took Shiny's hand. She led him away from the picnic area and closer to the water's edge. The waves gently lapped at their feet, the cool water providing a welcome contrast to the warm sand. They found a spot slightly hidden by a rock formation, giving them a semblance of privacy amidst the bustling beach. Shiny turned to face Joe, her eyes sparkling with anticipation. He took a deep breath, letting the scent of the ocean fill his lungs. They began to undress, their movements tentative at first, but grew more confident as their clothes fell away, revealing their naked forms to the salty breeze. The moment their clothes were off, Shiny's hands were all over Joe, her touch setting his skin alight with desire. He responded in kind, his hands exploring the familiar landscape of her body, feeling her softness and warmth in a way that was both comforting and exhilarating. #story#EroticaXp
