This incident occurred just two days after a 20-year-old man allegedly threw a Molotov cocktail at the property. The San Francisco Police Department announced the arrest of two suspects, 25-year-old Amanda Tom and 23-year-old Muhammad Tariq Hussain, on charges of negligent discharge of a firearm. According to the police's preliminary report, at 1:40 a.m. on Sunday, a Honda sedan with two occupants stopped in front of Altman's residence shortly after passing by. The passenger allegedly extended their hand out of the window and fired a shot at the side of the residence facing Lombard Street.
