Dear Participants, Before we start of HackNU/25, we want to inform you about several important rules: 1. If there is a valid reason (military, lessons, exams, travel tickets) why someone from your team cannot be present at the registration, please notice us by writing to our email. However, please note that your teammates do not show up until the evening, we reserve the right to disqualify the whole team, if you do not notify us that they will not be able to participate at all. 2. At the registration we will give you a badge, please do not lose it, because the entrance at coffee break will be granted only if the badge is present (бейджик). If you do not have a badge, we will assume that you are not a participant of HackNU/25 and reserve a right to not allow you to enter the coffee break zone (if you indeed lost it, please contact our tech managers). 3. At the registration every team member will be asked to provide a document that will prove that they are under (or are) 25 years old, and currently enrolled in the university as Undergraduate or Graduate Student (please do not try to falsify any of these documents, we will check if they are real or not). Otherwise, we reserve a right to disqualify the whole team. 4. In cases of: any form of harassment to anyone present at HackNU/25 and/or anyone from at the NU campus, any form of discrimination, physical abuse, breaking the law of Republic of Kazakhstan (as well breaking internal rules of Nazarbayev University) we reserve a right to disqualify the whole team and you will have to leave the territory of NU. 5. Generally, please be polite with other participants, also, please be polite with our tech managers, because all of us are students doing all of this for no personal benefit. 6. Be polite with sponsors and jury. They do not have to explain why any of the teams did not win. 7. In cases of serious breaks of the rules, we will disqualify the team and put into the blacklist with no chance of participating in any of ACM@NU student club events. 8. If you have any questions during the event, please do not hesitate to contact any of our tech managers and ask your question. They will be there 24/7 to help you out as they can! 9.
