The True Essence of Leadership: Give, Forgive, and Move Forward If you are a leader, a trainer, or a coach, you are entrusted with the responsibility of shaping others. But remember, your energy, focus, and efforts should never be confined to just one student or one individual. One day, when they achieve success, they may say: "What did you really do for me? I worked hard to be where I am. You were just a part of my journey, and perhaps, you had your own reasons for helping me." Hearing such words can be painful, especially if you are deeply invested in their growth. If you are strong, you will let it go. If not, you may find yourself hurt, questioning your efforts in silence. But here’s the truth: Your role was never about seeking recognition. Your purpose was to contribute, not to be credited. Your impact is far greater than the acknowledgment you receive. Be ready to accept the ebb and flow of life. Some will remember you, some will not. Some will be grateful, some will walk away without a word. That’s their journey—not yours. Instead of focusing on one, create many success stories. Continue to uplift others, knowing that your work is guided by a higher purpose. When your role in someone’s life is over, step back gracefully. Do not expect gratitude. Do not dwell on the past. You did your best. You gave your energy, your wisdom, and your heart. Now, let go. Move forward with lightness in your heart, embracing the beautiful, unexpected surprises that life still holds for you. Always remember: ✔ Give freely, without expectations. ✔ Forgive, even when it’s hard. ✔ Practice gratitude, no matter the outcome. ✔ Never curse anyone or any situation—every experience is a lesson, every ending a new beginning. You are not here to be thanked; you are here to give. And in giving, you grow beyond measure.

Let's go out.. Beginning is always hard.. Once you start running.. Nobody can stop you.. Even a gold medalist in running must have stumbled while taking the first step.. Just like you.. The one who learned to walk on his toes later became a gold medalist in the Olympics.. This means that everyone has a difficult beginning.. In your business, there are endless difficulties in the beginning, but once you start working regularly, then no one can stop you.. Once you start.. Let's go out..!!

Embrace Life with Wisdom and Strength Always remember—people think of you, me, or anyone else when they need something. Beyond that, everyone is caught up in their own battles, navigating their own journeys. So, when you find yourself taking people or situations too seriously—beyond what is necessary—pause and reflect. It could mean: 1️⃣ You are still growing, still evolving in wisdom. 2️⃣ Life’s lessons are yet to fully unfold before you. And trust me, the sooner you learn, the smoother your path will be. Understanding relationships and their true significance early on is a gift. Let go of unnecessary expectations and embrace reality with clarity. However, remember—this does not apply to children. Their love is pure, unconditional, and untainted by the complexities of give and take. They seek only your time, your presence, your words, your love. Just give them. Their world is built on genuine connection. So, be wise. Be strong. Be joyful. Be Pure as you genuinely are. Cherish the beautiful moments you've had, embrace the joy in the present, and look forward to a future filled with success, fulfillment, and boundless bliss. See happiness in everything you do. Let your heart be light, your mind be free, and your soul be at peace. Give time to yourself and for prayers. Stay blessed in abundance. Hare Krishna🙏

Happy morning, @ mahatria :🔴🔴🔴 SAYING NO : If you don’t learn to accept a ‘NO’ in your growing years, it can prove disastrous in the later years. A child who has been pampered with a ‘YES’ every time grows into an adult who is afraid of hearing a ‘No’ because he is not parented on the attitude to accept a ‘No’. Attitudes don’t care where you shape them, but once they are shaped, they express themselves in all aspects. Now, those people in the later years, due to the fear of being rejected by the world (with a no), start rejecting themselves. Nothing can be more destructive than a person who start rejecting himself or herself. ’Ask & you shall receive’ goes the biblical prophecy, but those people will not ask anybody for anything, for fear of being rejected.. they would rather reject themselves. An occasional ‘No’ for an unreasonable demand of a child, will certainly help him to deal with the future. Wishing you most & more. 🌹Jai Shree Krishna 🌹

Very Happy morning... At every fall the extraordinary ones refuse to remain fallen. They refuse to quit & give up. They refuse to accept a NO from life. Their greatest glory was not in never failing, but rising every time they fell. Rather than focusing on their failures, they continue to FOCUS on their GOALS... Mahatria Wishing you and your family a superb day ahead with a celebrative spirit.
