The divine providence is available all the time. In fact, so many times people come and ask, "I do pooja, I do this, I do that, why I am still not able to experience God?” You are not able to experience God because you have a perception of who your God is. Rather than taking an experience and defining it, you have already defined something and you are expecting your experience to fit into that definition.
