This can be done by Creating habits Setting routines Planning Balancing How to balance mental health and physical fitness? #1 Walk as much as you journal How to do it? In the morning, when there’s fresh air and quiet to take a walk in. We do not recommend that you walk miles every morning. Keep it short and brisk. A short 20-minute walk is more than sufficient to maintain a balance between mental health and physical fitness. Physical benefits - Keeps you fit, gets your blood running. Mental benefits - Clears your head, gives you thinking time. #2 Play as much as you read Choose a sport. This doesn't have to be every day. Instead, choose a few days in the week where you dedicate an hour to playing a sport. The goal here is not to make it to the Olympics but to allow you to clear your head, meet people, laugh, have fun, and most of all, move your body. Physical benefits - Move your body, energise and revitalise. Mentel benefits - Destress the mind, gives the cerebrum a break. #3 Run as much as you meditate Taking a short jog at the end of the day will not only tone your body, but give you the time to destress. We are aware that the day would have demanded a little more than what you could give, but you made it. Push yourself to physically make it to the end of the target. It teaches you to be persistent. Along with strengthening your mind. Physical benefits - Moves your body, tones your body. Mental benefits - Strengthens the mind in persistence, master discipline. Bottomline Maintaining a balance between physical health and mental fitness has a reciprocal effect. Physical fitness allows you to feel confident, have good self-esteem, and be aware of yourself. It removes the limitations and every opportunity that passes your way can be accepted because you will be in the right physical and mental state to accept it. Marriage Describing life without marriage is not possible. At the right age, we do marriages if you don't want to marry people judge you differently, human is social animals. We need each other's help, this help may be for physical satisfaction or following culture and rules by the family. As you know two types of marriages happen all around the world first one is love marriage or 2 arrange marriage. I don't need to tell you about both you are aware of those things even in simple lines I would like to describe it. 1. Love marriage Love happens in school or colleges where we see new, new faces and characters. That attracts us their style of talking, face, spot or writing bla. bla... We can not fall in love exactly by one accident we fall in love by our habits and wishes match to each other and when we help each other. Many authors have described love in many forms. Love is always standing separately from any other subjects. Don't waste your life in love. You will get many people to tell you like this but what is there without love. Love gives you happiness and sadness, joy and gloom, daring and fear, respect and disesteem, victor and failure. Someone has said everything is possible in love and war. You can lose your mind and become crazy. I have not fallen in love yet it's my weakness and strength. I don't want to marry and fall in love. Because I'm not able to handle them they used to talk very silly. They are not crazy, they made to make us crazy. 2. Arrange Marriage. Doing arrangement means preparation. It goes with rules and customs if you are old-fashioned or believe in that custom you go through every single step. But nobody is following those rules. We can't stop ourselves to be quiet until the marriage ceremony. We talk on call after the first meeting And take two-three times kisses after fixed marriage we want a separate place to talk. Here everything is under the control of your elders. You know this life is not goes all the time as you think. Enjoy every aspect of life that is life. ****LIFE and PUPPET ****** I wish the life was simpler and puppet ( human ) of life were not connected with the wants of emotions, needs ,love and care. However life is complicated with puppet getting dissolve into the wants of everything and leaving them in shade of despair when things fall apart. Puppet are moving from one up to another up or another down or vice versa. During this phase one learn to find oneself as a individual or get lost in the phase to find one self . While some puppet get better, some Puppet get worse and some puppet never come in terms with acceptance of anything really happened to oneself. So the question arises are you genuinely happy with yourself and your surroundings ? there is need of evaluation of oneself to be at onset of better puppet. One need to address the statement do we really need that transformation and what is the obstacle & hurdles in the way. Are we failing to be self motivated and the feel of success is missing, does one need to experience that success day in day out which will bring genuine happiness in us ? It is the time we heal the right way so that we don't keep bleeding . One has to start waking up in the morning with the feel of happiness and excitement of really doing better than yesterday. One has nothing to lose and there is so much to conquer ,does that make you feel excited. Let's work hard with oneself, invest something really on serious level and see the outcome. At the end of the day we really need to feel that it is what we wanted so as to call a better puppet :) #review#article#KS
