Those celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk must be thrown out of civil society. If you are aware of anyone in the 6th District of Florida — or heck, anywhere in the state — who works at any level of government, works for an entity that gets money from government (health care, university), or holds a professional license (lawyer, medical professional, teacher) that is publicly celebrating the violence, please contact my office. I will demand their firing, defunding, and license revocation. If you don’t think I am serious, I got two State University Board Chairman fired for less. These monsters want a fight? Congratulations; they got one.

As promised, I just introduced the JAIL Act to hold corrupt judges accountable for releasing repeat offenders back onto our streets. To the judges who released Decarlos Brown Jr.: You are the reason another innocent life was lost, and you will be held accountable for your reckless actions. This is only the beginning. We’re going to fix our justice system that prioritizes criminals over victims.

Charlie Kirk gave his life while engaged in that most basic American activity — political debate. And someone killed him for doing it. My heart is broken for Charlie, his family, and for the country that he loved that will never be the same. The rubicon has been crossed. G-d help us all.

Muslim terrorists started spewing their propaganda way before Israel even responded to the October 7 attacks. This is the kind of evil we are dealing with, and this evil has seeped into our academic institutions. Schools will be held accountable for abandoning Jewish students.

Israel just hunted down the Muslim terrorists welcomed in Qatar. Well done.

Democrats continue to accept evil and refuse to acknowledge that there are bad people. That’s why these crimes happen. We don’t have to live this way. Tackling evil is a must if we want a safe and prosperous nation.

Why should leftist judges be protected when they willingly let violent criminals back out onto the streets? I’m introducing a bill which will allow the family of one of these victims to sue the judge personally & hold them accountable for the crime they allowed to happen. Enough is enough.

Decarlos Brown Jr. should never have been released. Iryna Zarutska should still be alive. To the judges who put violent criminals back on our streets: your day in court is coming.

I’m going to introduce legislation to hold judges accountable when violent repeat offenders they release commit new crimes. It’s easy to release criminals when you’re protected by an armed bailiff at all times. The rest of us aren’t so lucky. Those 12+ judges that released Decarlos Brown Jr. should have their day in court too.
