In addition to the traditional green landscape with water features, the complex includes six buildings with a height of 50 meters each. Thanks to the cantilever design, they resemble huge semi-arches. Together, these six buildings create a single composition of concrete, glass and stone.
Each building has its own entrance and performs a specific function: there is an art museum, an art gallery, a science and technology museum, a library, a service center, a hotel and shops.
There is a garden on the roofs of the buildings, parking and restaurants are located underground. An artificial canyon runs through the entire site, through which water flows. There is a public square in the center, under the arches of the buildings. According to reviews, it's very cozy here.

Among the many Himalayan peaks conquered by man there is one mountain that still remains impregnable. Although it is not the highest, all attempts to reach its peak were unsuccessful, and currently access to it is completely closed. This mountain is called Kailas, also known as a water flower or the residence of deities.
China's installed nuclear power capacity hits 125mln kilowatts, ranking first globally: blue book
China's total installed nuclear power capacity has reached 125 million kilowatts(KW), ranking first globally, according to a CCTV News report, citing a blue book released by the China Nuclear Energy Association (CNEA) on Friday.
The report shows China currently operates 60 commercial nuclear reactorss and has another 36 under construction — representing over half of global nuclear construction. An additional 16 units have been approved and await construction, according to CCTV News.
This year, China has broken ground on two new units and expects to bring seven units online, maintaining its position as the world's largest nuclear power builder, the report said.

Solar panels installed on the roof of buses in Hong Kong are not used to power the bus itself — they supply auxiliary systems.
Here’s why they matter:
✅Powering onboard electronics
Solar panels provide energy for interior lighting, display boards, information screens, CCTV systems, and USB charging ports. This reduces the load on the main engine and generator.
✅Supporting ventilation and air conditioning
In Hong Kong’s hot and humid climate, the panels can power ventilation when the bus is parked, help maintain cooling systems, and reduce cabin overheating.
✅Fuel savings
By sourcing part of the electricity from solar energy, the engine spends less time idling, fuel consumption decreases, and emissions are reduced.
✅Environmental agenda
Hong Kong активно integrates green technologies into public transport as part of its decarbonization strategy, helping to cut CO₂ emissions in a densely populated city.

A solar panel on the lid of a construction waste container in China — why is it there? What’s it for?
The problem with construction bins
1. They’re often placed at temporary sites (construction areas, apartment renovations) where there’s no electricity. At the same time, the waste can be very heavy (concrete, bricks), so timely collection is critical — otherwise haulers lose money due to downtime.
2. How it’s solved
A small solar panel (typically 10–30 W) is mounted on the lid.
It charges a battery that powers:
✔️ an ultrasonic fill-level sensor (similar to parking sensors) that measures how much space is left to the top of the container,
✔️ a GPS/GSM module that sends daily updates to the dispatcher: “Container is 85% full, time for pickup,”
✔️ sometimes a tilt sensor (to detect theft or tipping).
3. Why it matters
With this data, collection trucks arrive exactly when the container is full, instead of following a fixed weekly schedule. Logistics costs can drop by 30–50% because heavy trucks aren’t running empty.
4. Why the panel is on the lid
✔️ it’s always on top and not shaded by the container walls,
✔️ the lid opens manually and the panel doesn’t interfere (the wiring is flexible and allows for movement),
✔️ it’s cheaper than installing a separate pole with a panel next to the container.
…
❗️A key difference from regular street bins: construction containers don’t have compactors (there’s no point compressing bricks).
...
The panel only powers telemetry — sensors and communication. And yes, such solutions already exist (for example, from companies like Waste Harmonics, Sensoneo, and others, including Russian developments by Ecotechprom).
…
❗️A solar panel on a construction waste container isn’t sci-fi — it’s a practical tool for cutting collection costs.
