Updated @JoinCaptchaBot: - Added banlist from feed.spamwat.ch (@SpamWatchFederationLog) support. - Decreased message retry delay to give up faster in case of telegram being meh. That was the main reason why it would hang behind, because it was handling retry #20 waiting exponentially between... - Handled some rare cases leading the bot to crash #updated#JoinCaptchaBot. That also means less time spent
