Силы #Кыргызстана и #Таджикистана причастны к убийствам и ранениям гражданских лиц в ходе скоротечного, но ожесточенного пограничного вооруженного конфликта в сентябре 2022 года. Эти эпизоды могут быть приравнены к военным преступлениям.
