የብሪክስ ግስጋሴና ከዓለም የወጪ ንግድ ሲሶውን ሊይዝ የመቃረቡ ምስጢር **************** የተባበሩት መንግሥታት የንግድና ልማት ድርጅት (UNCTAD) ባወጣው ሪፖርት፣ የብሪክስ አባል አገራት ባለፉት ሁለት አሥርተ ዓመታት ውስጥ በዓለም የንግድ መድረክ ላይ ያላቸው ድርሻ በማይታመን ፍጥነት ማደጉን አመልክቷል። እንደ ሪፖርቱ መረጃ፣ የጥምረቱ አገራት አጠቃላይ የወጪ ንግድ በአውሮፓውያኑ 2003 ከነበረበት 906 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ተነስቶ በ2024 ወደ 5.9 ትሪሊዮን ዶላር አድጓል። ይህም የጥምረቱን የዓለም የወጪ ንግድ ድርሻ ከ12 በመቶ ወደ 24 በመቶ ከፍ ያደረገው ሲሆን፣ በአባል አገራቱ መካከል የሚደረገው የውስጥ የንግድ ልውውጥም ከዓለም አቀፍ አማካይ የንግድ ዕድገት በሁለት እጥፍ የሚበልጥ የ13.3 በመቶ ዓመታዊ ዕድገት እያሳየ ይገኛል። ይህንን እያደገ የመጣውን የኢኮኖሚ ጉልበት ይበልጥ ስልታዊ በሆነ መንገድ ለመምራት "ትሬድ ፕላስ" (Trade+) የተሰኘ አዲስ የፖሊሲ አቅጣጫ እንዲከተሉ UNCTAD ምክረ-ሃሳቡን አቅርቧል። ድርጅቱ አባል አገራቱ የተጠናከረና ወጥ የሆነ የጋራ የንግድ ስምምነት እንዲመሰርቱ፣ ለዲጂታል ፋይናንስና ለዳታ ፖሊሲዎች የጋራ ቁጥጥር ሥርዓት እንዲዘረጉ እንዲሁም በአባል አገራቱ መካከል የሚነሱ የንግድና ኢንቨስትመንት አለመግባባቶችን በፈቃደኝነት ለመፍታት የሚያስችል የክርክር መፍቻ ሥርዓት እንዲቀርጹ አሳስቧል። ጥምረቱ እነዚህን ስልታዊ እርምጃዎች በተግባር ካዋለ በዓለም አቀፍ የኢኮኖሚ መዋቅር ውስጥ ያለውን የመሪነት ሚና ይበልጥ እንደሚያጠናክር ሪፖርቱ በዝርዝር አመልክቷል። #EBC#BRICS#UNCTAD#GlobalTrade#Economy#TradePlus#Ethiopia#EconomicGrowth
