On June 19, the Office of the Honorary Consul attended Deputy President Paul Mashatile’s lecture at St. Petersburg University(SPbU) 📍Lecture Topic:South Africa’s G20 Presidency in a Rapidly Changing Global Geopolitical Environment 🔹 Deputy President Mashatile announced that isiXhosa, one of South Africa’s official languages, will be studied at SPbU starting this September. 🔹 He emphasized the importance of expanding African studies programs in Russian universities and welcomed stronger academic ties. 📚 Following the event, we presented SPbU leadership with a copy of M.
