Оптимальная скорость речи при выступлении - 120 слов в минуту. Ориентируйтесь на это число в подготовке своего выступления, особенно если готовите доклад для руководителя. Если вам выделили 5 минут, значит не более 600 слов. Ещё учитывайте как вы будете показывать инфу на слайдах #public
