安利一下这个 Spartan Race，今天跑的是12km超级赛，地形复杂，其中穿插了非常多的障碍或挑战，既挑战耐力，又考验各项身体素质，同时很好玩，尤其是跟北绿战队一起玩！今天三小时完赛，感觉身体被掏空（几个月前一起相约锻炼打卡结果到后来都咕了，看来以后还是得经常约锻炼局 #flag
