При этом, похоже, забывают, что такого рода меры могут быть приняты исключительно в общественных интересах, на недискриминационной основе и сопровождаться выплатой быстрой и адекватной компенсации. Такие правила вытекают изсоглашений о поощрении и взаимной защите капиталовложений, заключенных Россией с десятками стран мира, в том числе с подавляющим большинством стран ЕС.
