Ho incaricato il Segretario Generale #Moriyama di svolgere le procedure per le elezioni presidenziali straordinarie. Ho sempre detto di non essere legato al mio incarico. Che avrei preso una decisione al momento opportuno, dopo aver fatto tutto il necessario.
