Addis Abeba — Iran has offered a new proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and end the war through Pakistani mediation, outlining key “red lines” on nuclear issues and maritime access.
Iran’s Fars News Agency reported that Tehran sent “written messages” to Washington via Pakistan detailing “red lines… including nuclear issues and the Strait of Hormuz.”
Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, traveled from Islamabad to Russia, arriving early today.
His weekend itinerary included back-to-back visits to Islamabad and Muscat, Oman, before returning to Islamabad. In Pakistan, he met Army Chief Asim Munir, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar before continuing his trip.
Araghchi is now expected to meet President Vladimir Putin in St Petersburg.

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Muslims of the world and Islamic governments,
1- Iran was subjected to a deceptive American-Zionist aggression, even during the course of negotiations, the intention of which was the fragmentation of Iran. They martyred the great and self-sacrificing Leader of the Islamic Revolution, along with a number of ordinary citizens and military commanders. Consequently, they were met with the national and Islamic resistance of the Iranian people.
2- Are you aware that, except in rare instances, and even then only on a political level, none of the Islamic governments came to the aid of the Iranian nation? However, the Iranian people, with their strong will, suppressed the treacherous enemy. To the extent that today, the enemy does not know how to escape from this strategic deadlock.
3- Iran will continue on the path of resistance against the Great and the Little Satan (America and Israel). But is the conduct of Islamic governments not in contradiction with the saying of the Prophet (PBUH) who said, "If you do not respond to the call of a Muslim, you are not a Muslim"? What kind of Muslim is this?!
4- Some countries have gone even further and stated that because Iran has targeted American bases and American and Israeli interests in those countries, therefore Iran is our enemy! Should Iran have simply sat idly by while American bases in your countries were used to attack Iran?! They are making excuses; on one side of today's battle are America and Israel, and on the other side are Muslim Iran and the resistance forces. Which side are you on?
5- Think about the future of the Islamic world. You know that America holds no loyalty to you and that Israel is your enemy. Reflect for even a moment on yourselves and the future of the region. Iran is your well-wisher and does not seek to dominate you.
6- The unity of the Islamic Ummah, with all its strength, can provide and guarantee the security, progress, and independence of all nations.

✉️ The demand of the masses is the continuation of effective and regret-inducing defense (war against enemy). Also, the leverage of blocking the Strait of Hormuz must definitely continue to be used. Studies have been conducted on opening additional fronts where the enemy has limited experience and will be severely vulnerable, and on activating them if the war situation continues and aligns with interests.
✉️ A point I must emphasize is that in any case we will claim compensation from the enemy, and if they refuse, we will take from their assets as much as we deem appropriate, and if that is not possible, we will destroy an equivalent amount of their assets.
✉️ In the recent attack, some military bases were used, which naturally, as we had explicitly warned and without any aggression towards those countries, we only targeted those bases. From now on, we will inevitably continue this action; although we still believe in the necessity of friendship between ourselves and those neighbors. These countries must clarify their stance towards the aggressors of our dear homeland and the killers of our people. I recommend they shut down those bases as soon as possible; because by now they must have realized that America's claim of establishing security and peace was nothing but a lie!
