Odamlar orasidagi muloqotning katta qismi savol va javoblardan iborat. Ayniqsa, komandada kommunikatsiya uchun ketadigan har bir qo’shimcha vaqt kompaniyaga foyda keltiradigan boshqa faoliyatlarni orqaga surishi mumkin. Yaxshi mutaxassislar to’g’ri savollar berish va to’g’ri javobni imkoni boricha tezroq olishga harakat qilishadi.
To’g’ri savol berishning eng asosiy qoidalaridan biri - ochiq savollar. Ingliz tilida “open-ended questions” deb ataladigan bu qoidada savolga “ha” yoki “yo’q” deb javob berib bo’lmaydi. Odatda, ochiq savollar ancha keng, to’liq, maqsadga tezroq erishishga yordam beradigan javoblar olishga yordam beradi. Va bu savollar “nega”, “qanday (qilib)”, “qaysi”, “nima”, “kim” va hokazo yordamchi so’zlardan foydalanadi.
Ochiq savollar:
- O’zingizni qanday his qilyapsiz hozir?
- Nega bu loyiha bilan shug’ullanish biz uchun hozir muhim, deb o’ylaysiz?
- Bugun sizni ofisda nechada kutsak bo’ladi?
- Bizning mahsulotning qaysi tomonlarini o’zingizga juda foydali, deb hisoblaysiz?
- Xizmatlarimizning sifatini qanday yaxshilasak bo’ladi?
- Loyihani muvaffaqiyatli tugatishimiz uchun kimlar kerak bo’ladi?
“Ha/yo’q” bilan javob bersa bo’ladigan savollar esa yopiq savollar (ingliz tilida “closed questions”), chunki, keyin yana qo’shimcha (ortiqcha) savollarni keltirib chiqaradi va maqsadga erishishni kechiktiradi.
Yopiq savollar:
- Boshingiz og’riyaptimi? Qorningiz og’riyaptimi?
- Loyiha bilan shug’ullanamizmi?
- Ofisga kelasizmi bugun?
- Mahsulotning manavi joyi foydalimi?
- Manavi xizmatimizni bunaqa o’zgartirsak sifati yaxshilanadimi?
- Bu loyihani tugatish uchun menejer kerakmi? Frontendchi? Backend? QA?
Yopiq savollar o’rinli bo’lgan holatlar bor. Yopiq savollar nisbatan “yalqov” bo’lganligi uchun odamlardan tezda javob olsa bo’ladi. Masalan, mahsulotni baholashda kengroq fikr so’raydigan forma va “ha/yo’q” variantli formaga olinadigan javoblarning soni har xil bo’ladi.
P.S.: Ingliz tilida savollarni so’rashda iltifot sifatida “could/can you please” ishlatiladi, lekin bu savolni “yopmaydi.” Savolning ikkinchi qismidagi so’ralayotgan narsa muhimligicha qoladi: “could you please describe how are you feeling right now?” savoliga “yes, I can”, deb to’xtab qolish kulgili pauzaga olib keladi.
P.P.S.: Bu yo’nalishni ko’proq o’rganishni xohlaydiganlarga “Start with NO…” kitobini tavsiya qilaman. Yillar oldin bu kitob menga ancha foyda bergan.
