The v13 release is not just a release either, it is also our official announcement of participation in the annual #hacktoberfest. 💻🥨 We know that we're a few days late to the party, but v13 had to get ready before. 😉 This year, the fest is opt-in for projects and we definitely want to opt into taking part in this great event! If you ever thought about starting coding or giving back to your favourite open source repositories, now is the time! Head over to the hacktoberfest website to learn more about it. We already prepared some issues on our repositories and aim towards opening more issues for starters, but feel free to begin a hunt for improvements and fixes by yourself!

Updated @HeyAdminBot: - Improved handling of private groups, will now export the join link if the bot has the rights for that - Added a direct link to the message ("requested") - Randomizing order of admins called so it's not always the same one being the first to respond. - Fixed bug where the first admin would receive the messages meant for the other admins as well. #update#resolved#HeyAdminBot

I will definitely work hard to keep the most important group management services stable, including: @JoinCaptchaBot, @RulesRulesBot, @BanWarnBot, and @HeyAdminBot. And for now also the less important @NoServiceBot. #PermalinkBot#NoServiceBot#RulesRulesBot, #BanWarnBot#HeyAdminBot #ongoing#issue

Quickly moved @anonymize_bot, @HeyAdminBot, @PermalinkBot, @ponbot (+ 🔞@p0nbot) and @RpAliasBot to the new server, as those didn't need any database migrations, as they simply don't have any database. #migration #anonymize_bot#HeyAdminBot#PermalinkBot#ponbot#p0nbot#RpAliasBot
