⚛RITM-200 modifications The RITM-200N, the RITM-200C, and the RITM-200M are the modifications of the RITM-200. RITM-200N is an adaption of innovative small power propulsion technology for land-based operations. Now a project is underway to build a small NPP with two RITM-200N units in Yakutia. Additionally, a small NPP with two RITM-200N units is planned to be constructed in Uzbekistan. RITM-200M is intended for a floating power unit of FPU-100 export design. This FPU can operate in warm and hot climates. RITM-200C is designed to operate in the Arctic as part of a floating power unit of FPU-106 design. Rosatom is currently constructing a series of these units to provide electricity to a large industrial cluster in Chukotka. One power unit of each FPU consists of two RITM reactor units. FPUs can be based in coastal regions, ports, archipelagos and on islands. In addition to the advantages of large NPPs, FPUs are capable of following load changes and they takes less time to construct. #Rosatom_SMR
