This is how my homeland Ingushetia looks like today. Putin sent our his dogs to threaten people who are fed up from local corrupt governor. Putin took away the right to vote for governor in Ingushetia he appointed head of republic himself in return governor launched an unprecedented level of corruption. Ingushetia is the only place in whole of Russia that continues the struggle against corrupt goverment despite costant threats by special forces. I've read many article from western idiots admiring how awesome Putin is, a strong leader - well here's what a strong leader looks like - you get fucked constantly, by goverment officials and if you're not happy then by special forces.

"Hippos and Sharks" is a metaphor for irrational fear. Most people are more afraid of sharks, than hippos, but hippos kill 2,900 people vs sharks killing 5 people per year. So, reality does not correlate to our general beliefs. https://youtu.be/8FNntJFFaNo

Sparta! You probably remember reading in school about extraordinary warriors who bravely beat huge armies to defend Greece from terrible Persian. How powerful these soldiers were. I used to admire Spartans, until I've started to read about Socrates. Today I can clearly say I despise Spartans and their ideals. In a movie 300 Spartans we were sold a story of the war of freedom against tyranny - it's a lie. Sparta was tyrant state, that eventually destroyed greatness of Greece, by beating a democratic state - Athens in Peloponnesian War. Tyrants cannot tolerate democratic neighboring country, the spirit of freedom is highly contagious and undermines their power. Thousands of years have passed but fight of freedom vs tyranny is still as relevant. The question is how long can a democracy sustain until it either destroyed by outside tyrannies or turned into tyranny from within? Whatever happens we must keep eyes open.

Atheism is on the rise in US from 6% in 90th to 23%. I'm pretty skeptical that all of these people truly have no religion. USSR also was considered an atheist state yet it was the most dogmatic place in the world: religion was communism, communist party was god, Marx and Engels where apostles, Lenin was Jesus, party secretaries were the holy Popes. We might see birth of new major religion or maybe it has been born , but I didn't notice it. 👼

In any negotiation the major feeling that can be exploited against you is a feeling of significance(importance). The major tactics in any negotiation is to listen and clarify things.

I'm thinking that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has a very bright political future in US. I'd not be too surprised if she can even become president, despite being socialist and not very competent. Because republicans seem to be doing exactly the same thing democrats did with Trump - media obsession. They're so eager to criticize their opponent, not realizing that they're doing a free advertising to opponent.
