The fact that u can delete someone else's messages is their own phone made lot of people unhappy. I think that with new update Telegram decided to stop being an internet messenger and turned into internet conversation medium. When we have a conversation with someone we can't bring up a copy of it(unless we were recording it). Even if you are unhappy about this update, I dont think you can reverse it. It is speculative, but I think this feature was possible even a while ago, it just Telegram didnt publicly announce it.

Apparently Muller couldn't find any evidence of Trump being connected to Russia. I imagine that half of Hollywood is running to fridge to put some ice on their flaming assholes. I remember saying that I'll be happy with Trump if he doesn't start any stupid wars. It's been 2 years, 63 days, 4 hours, 57 minutes and 24 seconds at the time im writting this post and NO WAR has been started ! He even managed to sign nuclear treaty with Fluffy Kim.
