It's okay to talk about the things you feel. About your depression. Your anxiety. Your stress. And all the things you worry about. It's okay to struggle with these things. To not know how to deal with it. To not know where to begin. Or. How to heal. It's okay. But please. Don't keep it all inside. Talk about what you feel. Be honest. Be open about it. This is how you change. This is how you will heal. By talking about it. By letting the people who care about you know what it is you're feeling. Don't bottle it up inside. Don't bury it. Let it out.
