Following the October 10 flash crash, funding rates have dropped, cutting returns for basis‑trade strategies. On Aave v3, USDT/USDC borrow rates now sit above sUSDe yields — turning leveraged stablecoin trades into a losing game.

XRP Ledger just took a major step toward institutional adoption — adding features tailored for tokenized real‑world assets and compliant DeFi. Since the update, key metrics have jumped across the board.

Robinhood is absolutely dominating the tokenization, stablecoin, and prediction market narrative — up 425% in the past year, while BTC and ETH only gained around 60%. And that’s before the U.S. elections even start heating up.

BSOL, the first Solana ETF in the U.S., already manages $289M in assets — surpassing several ETH and BTC ETFs. Its main draw is staking, offering ~7% yields with over 80% of funds already staked.

BUIDL supply on Ethereum has plunged from $2.49B to $991M after Ethena and Anchorage moved 82% of USDtb’s collateral, $1.5B, off-chain to Aptos, Polygon, and Avalanche, splitting it evenly across the three.

Weekly transactions on Sei have skyrocketed 267% since the start of the year.

The global stablecoin market cap surged by 18% in just three months from $254B in late July to $300B by October.

Retail traders are loudly calling for “buying the dip” again — historically, that’s when another leg down follows. The best dips usually come when optimism fades and fear takes over — right before the next big rally begins.

Not surprising, but fact: most new projects still choose Solana for launch. Arbitrum, despite its builder-friendly features, remains the least favored network this month.
