Нет цифры - нет трансформации Если в компании не описаны процессы, нет электронного документооборота, не закреплены шаблоны - ИИ туда внедрять не во что. Сначала цифра, потом всё остальное. ⏩Второе. Каждый процесс надо разобрать на этапы И на каждом этапе задать один вопрос: здесь человек вообще нужен? ИИ сейчас хорошо закрывает анализ документов, суммаризацию, первичную проверку. Валидация пока остаётся за человеком. Но и она постепенно автоматизируется. Это называется human-in-the-loop. В каждом процессе есть точка, где стоит человек. Задача понять, на каком этапе от него можно отказаться, если результат можно измерить и проверить. И дальше процессы можно пересобрать. Убрать лишние звенья. Объединить этапы. Сократить цепочку. ⏩Третье. Без метрики автоматизация не закрыта Пока нет внутреннего бенчмарка, нет результата. Вы должны уметь измерить, что стало лучше. Иначе это просто эксперимент без финала.
