La comunicazione è fatta anche di domande. Prestiamo attenzione perché spesso la risposta è già insita nell'affermazione su cui chiediamo ulteriori delucidazioni. Esempio: "Quest'anno al corso non utilizzeremo nessun libro di testo". Domanda: "Non utilizzeremo neppure il Manuale XY?" La domanda è superflua perché sappiamo già quale sarà la risposta visto che non utilizzeremo nessun libro. Sembra banale e scontato. Ma non lo è. Poniamo domande perché sono utili e importanti ma che siano quelle giuste. #scrivereecomunicare#comunicazione
