Forma – Grammatica, ortografia e sintassi devono essere corrette. 2. Contenuto – Il contenuto deve esprimere concetti e idee tali da ispirare, emozionare, informare. 3. Chiarezza – Il lettore deve comprendere quello che legge. 4. Congruenza – Ogni elemento è congruente con il contesto e con tutti gli aspetti della narrazione. 5. Semplicità. Significa raggiungere il lettore nell'immediato. 6.
