I'm still in the cycle of learning how not to be sorry for being emotionally unavailable to others when I needed to be fully present for myself; to not be apologetic for being distant just to be more close to my own being. I can't absorb any additional hefty emotions to be carried, for I still have feelings to be processed deep inside me. I have to be away to people just to understand what is it that is happening to me.
