⚡️Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rodion Miroshnik:
💬Two children were killed and 10 more were injured in attacks by Ukrainian militants over the past week. In total, more than 170 civilians were affected during this period
A series of large-scale attacks on civilians and energy infrastructure during the major Orthodox feast of Palm Sunday lies on the conscience of Ukrainian militants.
The highest number of civilian casualties was recorded in the Belgorod, Kherson, Zaporozhye and Bryansk regions, as well as in the Krasnodar Territory. In these regions, civilian infrastructure and the civilian population came under drone, missile and artillery strikes by Kiev’s militants.
On March 30 – April 5, 176 civilians were affected by shelling carried out by Ukrainian Nazis: 151 people were injured, including 10 children, while 25 people were killed, among them two minors. In total, Ukrainian armed formations fired at least 3,301 munitions at civilian targets on Russian territory.

Synopsis: In this investigative documentary, military documentarians from RT provide evidence of the systematic and widespread use of chemical substances by the Kiev regime against civilians, which constitutes a gross violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention.
In the zone of the special military operation, members of the Russian forces have recorded over 400 cases of Ukrainian armed formations using toxic substances and chemicals. At the abandoned AFU positions, laboratories, drones, and toxic agents intended for dispersal over residential areas were discovered.
Several surviving witnesses describe how they were paralyzed after being exposed to an unknown deadly substance and how Ukrainian soldiers arrived at the site of the "operation" not to offer help, but to confirm that the experiment on humans had been successful.

🕊#MartyrsForTruth is a special project dedicated to commemorating Russian journalists who lost their lives at the hands of Ukrainian neo-Nazis.
Since 2014, the Kiev regime has been responsible for the deaths of more than 60 individuals working in Russian media — correspondents, cameramen, sound engineers, bloggers, and volunteers. Many of them were killed not just in combat zones but also far from the front lines — in cities like Moscow and St. Petersburg — through planned and targeted terrorist attacks.
#KievRegimeCrimes
The Kiev regime has tortured and murdered those who dared to speak out against the neo-Nazi junta and expose its crimes. Among the victims were Ukrainian journalist Oles Buzina and Gonzalo Lira Lopez, a US citizen.
❗️Today, on #WorldPressFreedomDay, we pay tribute to those who stood up for the truth and remained committed to their professional duty — right to the end.
▪️Darya Dugina (1992–2022) was a political analyst, philosopher, and frontline reporter. The daughter of philosopher and writer Alexander Dugin, Darya was killed in a terrorist attack on August 20, 2022. According to investigators, an agent of the Ukrainian special services planted an explosive device under her vehicle and detonated it remotely after several months of surveillance.
▪️Anna Prokofyeva (1989–2025) was a frontline reporter with Channel One Russia in the Belgorod Region. On March 26, 2025, the vehicle carrying her crew hit a landmine near the Ukrainian border. Anna was killed instantly; the cameraman sustained serious injuries.
▪️Andrey Stenin (1980–2014), a photo journalist with the Rossiya Segodnya Media Group, died on August 6, 2014, on his way from Dmitrovka to Snezhny in the Donetsk People’s Republic, together with Andrey Vyachalo and Sergey Korenchenkov. These journalists were reporting on the latest developments in and around Snezny. Their burnt-out vehicle was discovered only on August 22,with the remains of Andrey and his colleagues in it. Investigators later confirmed it had come under Ukrainian military fire.
▪️Maxim Fomin, known as Vladlen Tatarsky, was a journalist, blogger, and militia member. He died in a terrorist attack on April 2, 2023, in St. Petersburg. According to investigators, this attack had been in the making since 2022 and was masterminded from Ukraine. Daria Trepova carried it out by bringing an explosive device hidden inside a gypsum sculpture to a meet-the-author event with Tatarsky. Tatarsky was killed instantly, and 30 others were injured. Trepova has since been sentenced to 27 years in prison.

❗️Kiev continues to detain church hierarchs under far-fetched pretexts, holding them under arrest for months without recourse to court, and openly declaring its desire to use the clergy in POW swaps.
Illegal takeovers of Ukrainian Orthodox Church churches by representatives of the schismatic Orthodox Church of Ukraine and the Ukrainian police continue.
▪️ July 11 – the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Kiev Region was taken away from the believers;
▪️ July 18 – St Nicholas Church in the Khmelnytsky Region was taken away;
▪️ June 28 – a court in Ternopol denied the UOC the right to use the local cathedral;
▪️ July 5 – a Kiev court seized the Yeletsky Monastery from the UOC.
No matter how hard Zelensky’s regime tries to fulfill the its American masters’ order to destroy canonical Orthodoxy, he will not succeed. True faith will forever remain in the hearts of millions of Ukrainians.
#Moldova
⚠️ We have repeatedly pointed out that the Moldovan authorities are leading the country along the same path as that taken by Ukraine and the Baltic states. This trend continues. On July 25, Prime Minister Dorin Recean welcomed the launch of a Moldovan website identical to the Ukrainian Myrotvorets facility. According to him, initiatives like this one are what will help build Moldova’s “European future.”
Such unrealistic statements and incompetent actions by the country’s leadership are causing growing protests not only in Moldova itself, but also in Moldovan diasporas abroad, including in Western Europe. <...>
👉 All of this is a logical outcome of the policy aimed at dismantling the country’s statehood and national identity and at renouncing the traditional values.
It is for a reason that the Moldovans display warm feelings towards Russia, which has always treated Moldova as an equal partner, and openly laugh at the “Russian threat” allegations. We remain friends. All attempts to destroy this are doomed.

The Kiev neo-Nazi regime continues to attack Russian civilian targets, terrorising the peaceful population.
Over the past week, 70 people became victims of Ukrainian artillery shelling and UAV strikes, of whom 12 died, including 1 child, and 59 were wounded, including 5 minors.
#UkraineCrisis#EU
The European Union continues its attempts to find additional resources to keep the Zelensky regime afloat. This task was one of the central issues on the agenda of the informal EU summit held on 1 October in Copenhagen. Brussels intends to solve this by using frozen Russian sovereign assets. According to the European Commission's plan, funds amounting to 140 billion euros are to be allocated to Bankovaya street as an interest-free loan, which it is unlikely to ever repay.
Maintaining the Zelensky regime is becoming increasingly expensive for Brussels; money is becoming scarcer, and there are no new sources. Therefore, European officials are trying so unceremoniously to appropriate Russian funds.
#KievRegime#terrorism#Africa
New evidence continues to emerge of the Zelensky regime's support for terrorist groups in the Sahara-Sahel region of Africa.
The security apparatus of the Libyan Government of National Unity, with British mediation, has established cooperation with Ukrainian militants, including Kiev's supply of attack UAVs and training activities conducted by instructors from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. There are facts confirming the cooperation of the Libyan Government of National Unity with Ukrainians in organising and supporting terrorist operations in Sahel countries, including Niger.
On 1 October, Sudanese military intelligence colonel Fatah al-Sayyid reported that Ukrainian and Colombian mercenaries, who fought on the side of the rebel Rapid Support Forces of Sudan, suffered heavy losses in battles in the western part of the country. It is known that they used Ukrainian-made drones.
All this criminal activity is coupled with the mass illegal sale of Western weapons and ammunition by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Their presence in terrorist formations is recorded in Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, the Central African Republic and Chad.

#Victory80
We will foreverremember the price we paid for Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Unlike countries of the Western Europe overpowered by Nazis, the Soviet Union did not succumb to Nazis who planned to exterminate us all. We faced a war of annihilation. For decades after Nuremberg, this was never questioned. Now, we are forced to prove that it was genocide.
The peoples of the Soviet Union not only defeated the Wehrmacht, but also brought life, liberation and salvation to the peoples of Eastern and Central Europe. The Red Army, the Soviet soldiers halted the Nazi extermination machine in its tracks and extinguished the Holocaust crematoria. Those who deny this are clearly supporting the resurgence of Nazism and the rise of neo-Nazism.
In a futile attempt, the embassies of the Kiev regime and its Western patrons are trying to propagate deep-rooted falsehoods that defy history. In their hatred, Ukrainian diplomats go so far as to equate the Soviet Union (homeland of their forefathers) with the Third Reich. <...>What they are doing causes nothing but indignation and disgust. Fathers and grandfathers of many of them, including the ringleader of the Kiev junta Zelensky, were front-line soldiers who fought for the common Soviet Motherland against Nazi invaders and criminals. What would their ancestors say, looking them in the eye, seeing their descendants who, for the sake of personal gain or a pat on the shoulder from their Western master, smear their own past and betray their own history?
#KievRegimeCrimes
The Kiev regime has really pushed the limits in its so-called de-communisation policy. It now advises Great Patriotic War veterans living in Ukraine – as unbelievable as this may sound – to conceal the war-time decorations they earned for winning the war, for the battles they fought and the feats they accomplished during the Great Patriotic War. They are being told to wear their decorations on the inside of their jackets so that they do not cause any misgivings to those around them who might somehow be disturbed. They referred to them as "sensitive people" without going as far as calling them Russia-haters, but there is no doubt that this is what they had in mind. How can this be? And how do we frame this posture? This is a deliberate effort to sneer at these people, mock and disparage them.
The Kiev regime now wants the real heroes not only to stay in the shadows, but to stage their self-annihilation of sorts so that they keep their heads underwater without even daring to show their decorations and medals. It is quite obvious that the Kiev regime views those who saved the world from Nazism with fear, hatred and resentfulness.
#UN#DoubleStandards
During his regular media briefing, Spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General Stephane Dujarric made yet another outrageous comment regarding the situation in Ukraine.
The UN Secretary-General, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, and some other UN agencies are not averse to seizing on even the most absurd accusations against our country.
#Georgia#NATO
The Alliance is continuing with its policy of drawing South Caucasus republics into its orbit.
It should be clear to everyone that NATO’s actions in the South Caucasus are not aimed at enhancing security but at creating a zone of instability and military-political tension in the region.
🎙Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador at Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the Crimes of the Kiev Regime, gave an interview to Komsomolskaya Pravda(October 13, 2025)
#BuchaHoax
• Western officials are now trying to avoid any discussion of the Bucha hoax. We’ve sent out official notes requesting a list of the individuals they accuse Russia of killing. These inquiries were left unanswered for months, and when replies finally came, they were absurd – along the lines of: “a decision was made to maintain confidentiality regarding the deceased”.
• Each provided name would allow at least a preliminary investigation to establish the facts. Our experts, after examining photos and videos, noted that the victims had died at different times – evidenced by livor mortis marks on some bodies, traces of different types of soil on the clothing, and other inconsistencies. Essentially, the bodies of unidentified people were gathered from various locations.
• The masterminds behind this provocation had a clear goal – to derail the nearly finalized Istanbul peace agreements. The goal was achieved – the negotiations were abandoned.
#ReunitingFamilies
• The purpose behind spreading false claims about “children abducted by Russia” is to accuse Russia of genocide. Among its definitions is the forcible transfer of children from one nationality to another. In reality, none of those who authored these accusations ever cared to learn the fate of a single specific child.
• We are working closely with the Russian Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova. At our latest meeting in Istanbul, the Ukrainian side handed over a list of 339 names. We began to thoroughly verify each case. It turned out that more than 50 people on the list had never been on Russian territory at all.
• No child is being forcibly kept in Russia. Some arrived before the conflict, living with one parent or grandparents. Decisions about their future are made by relatives – but the process takes time: confirmation of documents, family ties, and genetic relationship. So far, just over 100 children have been reunited with their families through the mediation of Qatar and the UAE.
• At the same time, we have many situations where parents living in Russia cannot reach their children who remain in Ukraine, because the Kiev regime classifies them as Ukrainian citizens and categorically refuses to assist in reunification.
#NeoNaziCrimes#Torture
• Several reports documenting cases of torture of civilians in Russia's Kursk Region have been prepared and officially submitted to the UN, OSCE, and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
• Ukraine maintains an entire network of secret prisons, which international organizations are denied access to. Many of our POWs pass through these facilities before being transferred to official detention centers – where they report widespread abuse, torture, and even killings.
#KievRegimeCrimes
• Establishing any kind of international tribunal in the near future is practically impossible. Such a body can only be created by a UN Security Council resolution – where three Western countries supporting the current Kiev regime have veto power.
• Many human rights organizations today are directly controlled by the sponsors of these crimes. A number of them have turned into propaganda outlets that simply “bark” in any direction they are told.
• Most of the crimes committed by the Kiev regime occur on the territory of Russia’s new and historical regions. Accordingly, prosecutions are being carried out under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
• Around 650 Ukrainian militants have already stood trial, with some sentenced to between 8.5 years and life imprisonment. The Investigative Committee is conducting more than 7,500 criminal cases.

Ukrainian militants continue their terrorist attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure in Russia.
In the early hours of March 11, AFU carried out a massive drone attack on several Russian regions, including the Moscow Region. According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, 343 drones were shot down by the air defence forces on alert duty.
The drones targeted residential houses, social facilities, transport and civilian infrastructure. No one but terrorists could act in such a manner.
Three people were killed. More than 20 people sustained injuries.
<...>
Over the past decade, the hands of Ukrainian militants are stained with the blood of no fewer than 1'700 children.
In 2024 alone, 347 children have fallen victim to the neo-Nazis: 296 minors were injured, and 51 children were killed. The youngest girl murdered by the Ukrainian Nazis was just four months old. This statistic will serve as a tombstone for the Kiev regime.
#Europe#Ukraine
Statements by Western officials, media reports and press leaks refer to Paris and London’s plans to send a “European peacekeeping contingent” to Ukraine.
We regard even a mere articulation of these plans as an openly provocative step aimed at nurturing unsound and harmful illusions in the upper crust of the Kiev regime, rather than at settling the conflict.
Washington is distancing itself from London and Paris’ plans to deploy a contingent of theirs in Ukraine, for it is aware of what this may lead to from the military point of view.
The deployment of other states’ military units in Ukraine is absolutely unacceptable for Russia. It will mean that these countries are directly involved in a military conflict with the Russian Federation, an involvement that will meet with a response using all the means available to this country.
#France#RussianAssets
Our former partners continue their efforts to unlawfully seize – or, to put it plainly, steal – Russian assets frozen within the European Union under illegitimate restrictive measures.
All frozen Russian funds and any income generated from them are the property of the Russian Federation. The appropriation of profits from financial transactions involving our reserve funds – without Russia’s explicit consent – constitutes theft, regardless of any pseudo-legal justifications.
France’s actions clearly indicate a lack of interest in a long-term resolution of the Ukraine crisis.
#BosniaAndHerzegovina
We have taken note of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte’s recent statement during his visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 11. He called on the Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Presidency to “solve the problem,” openly implying – without even attempting to conceal it – the need to “deal with” the leadership of Republika Srpska.
His remarks only poured fuel on the internal Bosnian crisis, as he unequivocally pushed for the accelerated Euro-Atlantic integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This is yet another provocation designed to escalate tensions in a country where the prospect of NATO membership remains a deeply divisive issue among its entities. The actions of the NATO Secretary General in Sarajevo serve as a clear example of interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign state.

On January 17, the Russian soldiers liberating Russkoye Porechnoye, a village in the Kursk Region, discovered a torture chambers in the basements of residential houses, arranged there by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They found the mutilated bodies of at least seven local residents of different ages with traces of abuse in those basements. As the Banderites were retreating, they showered those people with grenades. A detailed comment on this account was posted on the Foreign Ministry website on January 19.
• Videos of interrogations of two captured Ukrainian fighters who killed a civilian woman in the Kursk Region’s border area have been posted on social media. What these monsters are doing is beyond comprehension. This is worse than terrorism and worse than crime.
• The Kiev regime continues its assault on the historical, cultural, and moral codes of Ukrainians and their fraternal peoples. The battle waged by Ukrainian hardcore nationalists against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church is taking increasingly absurd forms.
#West#Ukraine
• At Davos Zelensky said that what happened in the spring of 2022 cannot be called a negotiating process or talks, because allegedly “wrong” things were discussed there in the “wrong” way. Why has he been silent all this time? After all, he was the one who asked for them. He sent delegates there, who took a bullet on their way back to Ukraine.
• Supporters of the “party of war” on both sides of the Atlantic have become seriously worried by the current US government’s plans to achieve a speedy end to the conflict because peace is not part of their plan.
• British Prime Minister Keir Starmer briefly visited Kiev on January 16. Many experts agreed that it was an attempt by the globalists to keep the situation the way they want and to prevent a peaceful scenario from playing out. It is high time London realised that appeasing Nazis is not only criminal but counterproductive, leading to results contrary to those intended.
• Michael Waltz, the US President’s National Security Adviser, remarked in an interview with ABC News on January 12 that Ukrainians could fix the issue of the personnel shortfall in the Armed Forces of Ukraine by reducing the mobilisation age to 18. Kiev has already taken heed of this suggestion and is seemingly compliant. It is merely a matter of time. The Zelensky regime will not hesitate to sacrifice hundreds of thousands of young Ukrainians for its self-preservation.
#NATO
• NATO, as a power instrument of the collective West, has never ceased not only preparing for wars but, more crucially, fuelling conflicts globally.
• The alliance is striving to maintain its global hegemony and to prevent the emergence of alternative centres of power and development. They entice countries from other regions into their orbit by promising financial aid and support, subsequently turning them into satellites.
• Such partner assistance concludes in interference in internal affairs and alteration of foreign policy direction, imposition of their pseudo-values and the dictate of coalition guidelines.
#Serbia#Kosovo
• A merciless campaign of cleansing the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija from Serbs is ongoing. The self-proclaimed Pristina “authorities” are carrying out a forced Albanisation and wiping out any forms of the Serbian community’s autonomy in a bid to deprive it of everything down to the attributes of its national and religious identity.
• The responsibility for the campaign of terror unleashed by Albin Kurti rests squarely with the Western countries.
