Facing three back to back conference outs to getting recommendation for JAG Entry Shritik hails from Mumbai and completed his BA + LLB from NMIMS. He felt aimless till his 3rd year of college. From screen-out to recommendation to AIR 13 (NCC Special Entry) in his second attempt This is the journey of my student Chander Shekar from Hyderabad. His NCC life and camps, including RDC, gave him a clear aim to join the Army. He first attended our workshop and then joined the Psychology batch starting 1 December. Chander was sincere & he only needed refinement. His psych responses were very generic and didn’t reflect his real personality. At R2R, he understood what not to do in psych. He started adding small real-life details. His SRT answers began to show what he would actually do. Instead of writing common SD points, he introspected and wrote traits that genuinely matched him. Once clarity comes, performance aapne aap achi hojati hai. He got recommended in NCC Special Entry and secured AIR 13 in his second attempt.
