From recommendation (Merit Out) ➡️Conference Out ➡️ AIR 31 in SSC Tech This is Mayank Mandal’s journey. Mayank came to us after going through ups and downs in his SSB journey. He was earlier recommended for the Coast Guard but faced a merit out. Later, he again got conference out. Before joining R2R, he felt his psychology responses lacked depth and performance across the three techniques were not aligning. With r2r, he focused on understanding what each psychological tests actually demand. Demand samjhne ke baad, Psych became his strength. The idea of mansa-vacha-karmana started reflecting in his actions and answers after taking psych, interview and gto classes. “R2R aagaye toh sab kuch aise hi sort hojayega.” These are the words of my student Shubham who got recommended for CDS INA in his 4th attempt. Hailing from Bhagalpur, Bihar and a final year B.Tech student of LPU, he saw faujis in almost every house of his locality. His dream got the flame when he joined NCC where he realised his interests aligned with forces. Before coming to R2R, He had zero confidence in psychology test. Life mei kiya toh bohot kuch tha par reflect nahi ho pata tha SSB mein. In interview, verbosity went hand in hand. He used to jump to answers. With R2R, He learned that writing vague stories will fetch you nothing. He connected the stories with real life, added emotions, and the practice sets he did here came exactly in the SSB. In interview, he learned which OLQ is aligned with the question and followed the 2–5 second rule. The confidence of good preparation reflected in his SSB. And he got recommended in his 4th attempt.
